I love this app!! It is free, and it shows you what to do day by day. Also, they are very short sessions so it’s an easy commitment everyday. The videos and count downs make it much easier to follow!

It has help in treatment for depression

I was asked to do yoga for two weeks as part of a treatment plan for depression. To my surprise it really helped.
I have not lost any weight but am stronger and more flexible.
I have recommended this app to family and friends.
It is a great introduction to yoga for some one who has never tried it before

Simple and useful! Excellent yoga app!
