Discriminatory Company!! Beware
I was not informed that rescheduling my onboarding call would disqualify my application. After rescheduling due to my grandmother's hospitalization, I was told my application would no longer be pursued. It’s confusing and unfair to offer rescheduling as an option if it leads to disqualification. This company exhibits discriminatory practices and operates with hidden rules throughout the onboarding process. Their lack of empathy and understanding during a family emergency was disheartening. I would not recommend anyone to do business with them or trust their substitutes with childcare or work in facilities associated with UpKid. Their behavior reflects poorly on their morals, principles, and character.Declined applications
I’m set for work and everything I apply for gets denied! HorribleDon’t Waste Your Time
don’t expect help from agents if you run into an issue. good luck with the process as you’re pretty much on your own.
