Horrible
Just got this camera and one of the main reasons that I brought it was to transmit images to my phone via this app. Well, camera won’t even connect to app. App freezes and gets stuck on page and cannot change pages. I deleted it and tried to download and open it again and when I do that, it goes right back to page that I was stuck on. What a waste. ReturningShow lessTropicMD
App does not work with iphone14
This app was written quite a while ago and just flat out does not work with an iPhone for either Bluetooth or WI-FI. I have spent over an hour trying to make it work and am very technical. What a rip off.InAustinTx01

When it works...
It is great. But there are some significant bugs that really need fixed asap.
Downloading rarely works.
It occasionally refuses to connect, but there is a workaround! Using the camera menu turn off the Monitoring Period. And re-start the camera. Once it is connecting you can turn on Monitoring Period with the app and it will work again.

Totally useless App
Have tried for almost 2 weeks now to connect the camera either by WiFi or Bluetooth using the app . . . without any success, this app needs to be removed and not used again until it is updated, user friendly and actually works without all the frustration associated with itWinnie-beg-o
Useless app
It’s a nightmare app, hit and miss if it connects, if it does the process is laborious.
After just three days I’m sending the camera back - that’s a shame but I’ve got no choice. The idea of a wi fi camera is to be able to view and download from the iPhone or iPad, not to keep taking out the micro sd card and put that in a laptop. Most new laptops don’t even have card slots - the modern world is WiFi.

Super slow and Freezes
Nice camera with solar charging and decent video. The app is absolutely terrible with 20 second videos taking 7-10 minutes to download, constant freezing and buffering, and just a super frustrating customer experience. Do not buy.Lulu2013starbucks
Almost useable
This app needs a major UI redesign. Connection process to the cam is clunky and slow. File downloads are very slow and often drop connection. Camera works great but the app really hurts the overall experience.Backupgeek
Eagle Camera, Bogey App
I agree with most of the other reviewers that the camera is let down by a poor app. The app is glacially slow, and completely confusing how it deals with the wireless connection (why does it need to be connected manually every time? Why does it need both wifi and Bluetooth at the same time?).JMDavies
Worst camera app I’ve ever used
No audio when trying to watch live and 10s videos freezes at 3s, 7s and again at 10s! Like 3 times.. can’t even watch a short video without it buffering this much then app freezes! Just awful.. contemplating returning this camera since I didn’t know you’d have to connect the app every time and there are no notifications like a doorbell camera.Show less4realbuyer
