The App works, but it needs improvements in the user experience
I am sharing my wish list of corrections and improvements:
1- add a button to copy ALL files from the App (local data on the phone) to Apple Photos. Right now it is necessary to manually open each file and copy only one. Not efficient.
2- fix the glitch that changes the time stamp of all photos by -5 hours. I need to correct the time of each photo and video after copying from the APP to Apple Photos. Also not efficient.

Can’t download individual images
I have a similar camera with a nearly identical app, but on the other one I can select a specific image to download and I can’t do that on this app. It also takes forever to be able to view more than a thumbnail of any image. If you’re going to copy the Kampark app, at least take app of its functionality too.Show lesskjess
Camera great, app needs updating
Got a trial camera, brilliant picture and quality but the app lets it down. Doesn’t always connect to the camera, Bluetooth doesn’t always show up and then if you get past that bit the Wi-Fi is standard. The app design is from 20 years ago, very basic, if improved it would make the camera by far the leading camera. I wouldn’t say I'm a tech genius but I know my way around technology and how to get things to work but this is so basic there is no ways around getting it to work. It either does or it doesn’t and if it doesn’t then you can’t see anything, and even if it doesn’t it buffers a lot and is hard to navigate.Show lessParo2207
Worst interface
Obviously some generic camera they source and slap this horrible interface with it. Buy a supported product and just return this thing. It’s not worth your time. Really nice camera it seems, but terrible interface that makes this camera worthless.quigdawg
Can’t complain - does what it says.
I’m a complete crazy bird lady and love to photograph small birds in my garden.
I’ve gone through many cameras, trail cameras, bird nest cams and this is by far the best - especially for the price. Connection is not perfect but no device is. I love how long I can leave the camera in place and that you can download images and videos so easily compared to other similar devices. The fact you can site your camera whilst checking the angle via the app on your phone is a bonus. And to have a memory card already installed, ready to format and go - what’s to complain about? Feature Request
I think this app works pretty well! I am able to connect to my camera, control it, view pictures, and save them to the app locally for viewing later. I do have a few requests:
1. Capability to transfer all photos at one time from the app to my phone images folder. Transferring one at time is very time consuming.
2. Update photo numbering to be based off of time/date stamp. The pictures are saved to the app such a way that they are not displayed n time/date order.
If these updates can be incorporated I believe this is a 4-star app; if not it’s only a 2-star app.Show lesslrgelovr
Terrible
Won’t connect from 10 feet away. Bluetooth occasionally works. WiFi never works right. What is the point of buying a camera with these features if I can not use them?MT Tombs
Bad app
This thing hardly works and when it does the procedure is awful.
1 open app
2 connect to Bluetooth (won’t persist)
3 close app, connect to wifi manually (works 20% of the time)
4 Say prayer and open app. Maybe you’re good
5 NEVER CLOSE ALL AGAIN else you’ll need to repeat this.. EVEN IF YOU SWITCH TO ANOTHER APP

Not user friendly
It freezes, struggles to down load the images and is such a faff to get it to connect.
Images are good quality but the app is frustrating and not upto scratch.imfcvb
Too Complicated for a field camera
Bluetooth only mode is normally one of the easiest things to use and understand but not with this setup. The app is stuck in the setup mode - step 3 with no way to go backwards to try another option. Too bad I will returning my camera before it ever sees wildlife.frustrated 50 year old
