Can’t login
Since changing to EVT members can no longer login to this app. Can’t imagine how much business this is costing the hotel chain. I’m a gold member too. Also haven’t been able to login on their website either. Incredible incompetence as this has been going on for months now.

It would be great if the Reservations section also showed the Room Type booked as part of your upcoming stay.

The most useless app I have seen in years
The app crashes multiply times when any attempt is made to open it. None of the features mentioned in marketing communication appear anywhere. And the digital key function - my main reason for accessing it - does both in ing when one is requested.
Terrible app
Won’t recognize my name or room. Digital key stopped working in the lift. Don’t bother.
