Favorite Crypto app
This is my favorite crypto app, plus I just bought my first NFT for the CoinZoom Marketplace.
Too much guessing
When placing trades: no way to see or calculate how many you can buy or what the fees are so need to be guessing to make a trade. Will take me 3+ attempts to make a trade with the max in my account.
No Personal Touch for Customer Service
In all my dealing with customer based crypto app this has turned out to be the most difficult. After several attempts to explain to the customer service representative (or robot), it became obviously clear that I would not be given adequate service. I attempted to explain the challenges within the KYC while being stationed overseas, but was only met with same nonsensical response “Unfortunately, there is no more information available.” Highly recommend some other options to assist with your crypto ventures such as apps like Klever, Trust, and Crypto.com. FaceID login never works. Email login gets error message half the time. Using key generator to log in every time is a Royal pain.
