Stolen funds
So they report a token is one price and say it’s worth x amount on our end but your account reflects something different and I know the funds have been stolen because I tried to use my card in a store that’s very shady, no would know if you don’t pay attention to your own stuff

Would give it zero stars if possible they locked me out of my account and won’t give me any reason why and customer support is horrible

Please don’t download this app had trouble withdrawing funds and sending funds I don’t know what’s the issue with this app said I would be able to withdraw my funds after 3 weeks and I waited and still can’t withdraw my funds this app is horrible do t trust them with your money

Hold period
There’s a hood period on sending and withdrawing your funds even after the payment post from your account. Total of 7-90 days so be aware . If you’re just trading crypto without sending to another wallet or withdrawing you should be fine.

Wouldn’t let me open an account.
They told me that I couldn’t open an account with them. No reason. I got the app and was hoping to use it for crypto transactions.
Absolute nightmare to sign up
You have to be very very precise and know what you’re doing in order to get your KYC approved and also start using a 2FA app. Because if you don’t, you’re going to end up waiting hours for tech support to reply. And forget using the back button on any login attempt. Locked out of my account for 15 minutes just by entering the wrong code. Instructions aren’t always clear on what to do. By comparison, I was able to sign up and actually start using Coinbase, Uphold, and Robinhood within minutes. UPDATE 1: I logged in today to find out that I’m being asked to do a KYC again. Just randomly. After I had been approved several days ago and actively using the service. Huh?! Contacted support and was told I’d have to wait up to 24 hours for a response. UPDATE 2: Not even a week after being finally KYC approved, my funds are locked again and ANOTHER KYC is asked for. This after I submitted it several times the first time! I opened up another support ticket and they responded by stating there was a high volume of suspicious and unusual activity in my account. Already?! The only thing unusual is the activity of this coin exchange called Coinzoom. Needless to say, once the KYC is approved again, I will be pulling out all my funds and closing the account. Adios!✌🏻
