Very Poor Service

I used Kabayan Remit and the fund is not credited to my sister’s bank account. The app said the money has been completed and deposited to the account but no money credited. Worst customer service that can’t do anything about it but for me to wait.

After just two months, I will not use this app again and recommend considering other options.

I am extremely disappointed with Kabayan Remit. I chose this app for its promised speed, but I experienced significant delays because the bank needed to verify a transaction just 300 pesos over the 50,000-peso limit—an issue I haven't encountered with other apps. Customer service did not acknowledge the urgency of my situation, and my refund request was ignored. The rates are slightly higher compared to Remitly and WorldRemit, and the service holds funds for 2-3 days. Additionally, customer service was unhelpful. After just two months, I will not use this app again and recommend considering other options.

Customer Service at its Best

Been using Kabayan Remit for over a year, I always have a heads up for their customer service and their service itself. One thing I’m not a fan of is when you send <50k it’ll take 3 days to be received. I mean, regular clients should have been given at least a day utmost to avoid looking for another provider especially when it’s urgent. Nevertheless, this app still my favourite.

Process Sucks

I have used other apps, and this app is the slowest in turn-around time. I have to manually interac my payment which slows down the process big time. Also, they require that my interac nickname is my legal name to process my payment which is so absurd. Like, just check if the email address matches and process it.
