Disappointing & extremely frustrating
I like the idea so downloaded the app. I added my ANZ accounts which went through in seconds. Tried to add my Beyond Bank accounts and it wouldn’t have a bar of it. After 24hrs ‘syncing’ and no progress I went into a branch. The staff did not even know the app existed but none the less tried to help. They telephoned someone in IT at the bank, even took screen shots and sent through to the person but they also had no idea. I canceled trying to sync Beyond Bank to their own app and tried my Qantas money account. For the first 2 days it failed saying‘Technical error, please contact support or try again later’, no troubleshooting information, error codes or anything that may be useful to an IT support person. Finally I got past that error and made it to the final step only for it to fail with another useless error message. Don’t waste your time with this app. If I could give it no stars I would. App now deleted.
