  • LOVE IT!

    In full honesty I love Sadie’s app, it has changed my fitness goals from being thin to healthy and strong and allowed for a young girl such as myself to build an ethical and healthy mindset towards fitness and training. This app has given me confidence and empowered me through my experience at the gym. Not only do I feel physically stronger but increasingly mentally equipped to no longer feel intimidated or clueless prior to my workout due to the video demonstrations provided for each workout. My experience with this app has been nothing but great, so glad I gave it a shot!

  • Game changer!!

    I cannot say enough good things about this app! I have paid for dozens of workout subscriptions… None that actually showed results for an at home work out. As a single mom and not much time to actually get to the gym I really struggled to invest in my health. Not only is this app such an affordable price, the content is gold!! Very at home friendly!! I’ve had this app for almost 4 months now and I’m seeing real results! I have definition in my arms and legs I’ve never had even growing up playing sports… She truly is knowledgeable about working and hitting each muscle group… My favorite thing is she switches up the work outs each week to ensure you don’t plateau in a certain muscle group. She truly goes above and beyond!! I promise you you would not regret this app! I love it there is a finish button to help keep track of what workouts you’ve done, and the timer to see how long your workout was. ..this app has changed my life for the better and improved my health, energy and mood!

  • I love the workouts and I highly recommend this app

    I’ve been using this app for a month now, and I love it. The workouts are put together well. There is a little of everything- single movements, compound movements, plyo, and some LISS (low impact cardio.) Sadie's videos demonstrate how to perform the exercise correctly, messages offer tips and different levels/variations, and she responds to questions. There is also no boredom because Sadie doesn’t repeat her workouts.

    The only improvement I suggest for this app is to save my progress. I heard this will come in the next update ( I hope it’s soon). Otherwise, I’m loving the workouts. Keep it up, Sadie!

  • Love this app

    I love that I can use this both at home or in the gym (depending on where I am for the day). I get to see the exercises in video format with instructions and the workouts change each week. The app certainly pushes me and my muscles 🤩 well worth the price to feel stronger and more in shape.
  • Challenging in a GREAT way!

    After trying out so many other fitness app programs, this is the only one I feel confident in saying that I’ll be sticking with! I love the simplicity of the workouts, which are challenging with exercises that gradually build muscle and strength. I also appreciate the quick tutorial videos and short explanations of how to properly perform the exercise - which I feel many of the other programs simply do not do. While I’m pretty well versed at the gym and feel strong all around, Sadie’s program leaves me feeling sore (in a good way!) every single day! Excited to stick with it and see results!

  • My hubby and I LOVE this app! 💪🏻💪🏻

    We started this app a few weeks ago - it’s for everyone!!! It’s perfect for beginners or for more experienced lifters. I love the variety of the workouts, I’m never bored. I also feel excited walking into the gym with my workout already planned out! If you’re considering an app for workouts, look no further!

  • Killer Workouts

    I love this app! The workouts are challenging but doable. Other apps make you feel drained after with all their cardio circuits. These lifts give you a good burn, increase your heart rate, and leave you feeling tired in the best way! You can still have energy for the rest of your day, once you try to walk out of the gym with jello legs lol. The videos make it easy to see proper form, and I love that you can track how much weight you used. The layout is simple, easy to use, and you can see the whole week at once if you want to switch up your days! I’ve tried lots of apps, and this is by far my favorite.

  • Perfect Timing!

    Came across Sadie's IG account over the summer when I was just getting back into working out. When she announced the app was coming out, I was in soon after. It's perfect for me. No thinking about what to do next. It targets different muscles than I would normally work out. Videos to show the correct movement. Oh, don't forget the at home or non gym alternative workouts if you're not at a gym. There's really no excuses. This Dad Bod is now showing a six pack instead of just putting one in it!

  • Best workouts I’ve done in awhile by far!!

    I’m a single mom who doesn’t have time to make it to the gym so your guide has been a lifesaver!! I’m SO glad I stumbled across Sadie’s Instagram last week. I was feeling in a rut with my fitness routine & her app has made me so excited to wake up & get it done!

  • This app will CHANGE YOU!! 🤍

    Hey girl!! I had to write a review for this APP because it’s more of a PSA to everyone as in “don’t walk, RUN!!!” 😂 get this APP ASAP!! So I have been doing these workouts day by day, for literally a week and a half and I already feel a change in my body (is that crazy?!) the workouts are SO good! So easy to follow along with a perfect challenging balance. I love following you along every day and it actually feels like we’re friends lol. I used to be a D1 athlete and have been a cardio rat for the last 4+ years post college but it just wasn’t working. I love what you preach and APPRECIATE YOU so much!
