The Best Workout App EVER

I don’t often write reviews but this app is too good not to. I have tried so many different workout programs previously and never could stick to anything. I found Form and have been doing the workouts nearly every day for 3 months which is wild for me! I absolutely love the style of workouts - perfect mix of strength and pilates and genuinely enjoy doing them. There is variety from one workout to the next and the exercises just feel good, fun and different to the countless other programs I have tried. Honestly so grateful for this app 💛

A Confident Mama

Since having my daughter, I haven’t been super confident in my body and I have trouble finding the time and energy to get to the gym.

My friend introduced me to Form and I cannot express enough how life changing it has been. I LOVE Sami’s Pilates x Strength work outs. They give me something to look forward to everyday. It is something that I get to do for MYSELF after spending the day with my toddler.

Sami is such a supportive instructor. She pushes you to keep going but makes you feel confident and like you are in a safe space. I also feel less intimidated by the time of each workout since normally they are around 30mins. Despite being “shorter” than an hour class at the gym, they are KILLLLLLER & effective. I love how she spreads out the different sets and routines. Just when I’m starting to get tired, I get the confidence to keep on going.

I also love how to reminds us to focus on our mind to muscle. That has helped me to focus on my FORM and nurturing my body.

On top of feeling so great mentally and physically, I have also received many compliments from people… so it is definitely making a difference.

I can’t praise Form enough. Seriously thank you so much my gals🌞🌼

Love! Love! LOVE!!👏👏

Sami and her team have really thought of everything to really set you up for success and a healthy life style. My results started to show almost instantly, mentally and physically! I cannot thank them enough for putting this app together because it has really changed so many peoples lives.🫶

I am in my early 40s and looking to do something new. I did a Barre App for several years and it was really hard on my back. Switched to Form a few months ago and really love the variety and being able to modify the movements based on if it’s affecting my back area with that specific move. I see muscles I have never seen before and feel longer and leaner. Sometimes I stick to the 5 day plan, when I have less time I find a quick 10-25 min class. Also love the videos based on a women’s cycle. I am probably a little older than most using the App, but you will not regret giving it a try for 7 days and you are hooked🩷

My favourite app!

I absoloutely love Form! I have been using it for a while now and absoloutely love the combination of strength and Pilates workouts. It’s such a pleasant app to use and the trainers are fantastic. Would highly recommend to anyone who works out at home or in the gym!

Working out has never been so enjoyable!

I’m a dancer who is currently in full time training. This app has a wonderful mix of all types of workouts for every part of the body. Low impact and also full impact! I love how accessible everything is and how all of my workouts are on my phone so I can take them and do them anywhere!

Happy AF

Such a great program! So easy to follow and she’s a great instructor. 30 min and it’s done and you feel great after. Great for at home if the gym isn’t for you. She targets the whole body in the day to day and I wake up looking forward to the workout.

Great fitness program

I find it hard to stick to a fitness routine but I have found Sami’s program to be the only one I consistently use. She is upbeat and motivating, but not in that annoying “you can do it!” way. She is down to earth and genuine and I feel like her programs have really helped me enjoy excerising (which I never did!). Would definitely recommend her programs and app to anyone wanting to get fit and feel good.

This App has changed my life 💛

Whether it’s sneaking in a quick sweat in between classes, finding the perfect class that my body is craving-especially if I need something more gentle but still gets me burning (in the best way), improving my relationship with my body, and challenging myself/feeling stronger (and seeing results with less), this app was the best birthday present to myself. Love this app and am a raving fan! I use to think I had to run 10 miles a day or spend 2 hours a day in the gym to have an effective workout and I’m beyond obsessed with the power of 30 minutes! Sami kicks my booty and I’m so grateful! Truly learned that 30min to an hour depending on my day and energy is all you need! And I love the variety on the app and am so excited about having a gym program to implement! I’m less puffy, more toned, and my life doesn’t revolve around exercise and I’m able to show up more in other areas of my life! I’m having fun and I truly look forward to my daily movement! These girls are strong and beautiful and have helped me find more balance in my life and body! They are also just bundles of sunshine. I always feel better after a workout or listening to their podcast! and ah! Just yah- LOVE this app! Get it haha 😂

FORM makes everything easy!

I have been with FORM since it first launched and I love it! I have spent lots of energy and time into trying to create my own workouts and recipes, to plan everything out perfectly often leading me to feel overwhelmed/decision-fatigued. FORM allows me to focus my energy on showing up and going full out by doing the planning and testing for me. Workouts feel very effective and have variety to keep things fun. The recipes are realistic and easy to prepare. The best part is FORM makes it easy to do always, anywhere, at any time. This can integrate into your day so easily. They make it to where you have no excuse to not show up!
