  • garbage won’t even let you login

    The latest ui change was bad enough — was it designed by the un-sighted? — but now I can’t even login at all because it keeps popping up a nonsensical message that I need to ‘update my personal information’ via the website. This might be fine except that I have already done that 100 times and the garbage still blocks me from logging in. A message to ‘support’ results in a ‘we cant assust you’ so the question there would be ‘why do you exist’ then?

  • Transfers…

    Here’s how crappy this app is. I attempt to set up another bank to transfer from Oaken if and when required.
    After making me jump through all the hoops, the app times out and kicks me out before the process has time to complete. With all progress lost. I wish I was making this up but I’m not.
    Do they not test these things? This was done Jan 25 2024 after updating to the latest version. I cannot wait to see what else doesn’t work…

  • Not Useful

    To actually do anything, the app just opens up the browser which then makes you log in again. What's the use of having an app?

When you enter your log in credentials upon being re-directed to the browser, the data from your attempt will be transmitted to our system for verification. Once verified, you would be re-directed back to the application to view and use your account.   • Broken autofill/paste

    Cant autofill or paste in the app.
    Also no etransfer or bill payments so its not a real financial institution.
    IBKR has much higher rates and same delay in transfers.

    Latest update is great. Quick and easy account opening.
  • Hire better developers

    Using RBC app vs this, it’s night and day. Invest in hiring better developers. This app is definitely not a native app but some web based UI.

  • Can’t login

    Since I first downloaded it several months ago, the app has never allowed me to login to my account. Despite this the same credentials work on the website just fine!

When you are logged in to Oaken Digital on your browser, please navigate to ‘Manage devices’ and ensure that your mobile device is not set to ‘Locked’.   • Oops really?

    We are all back to “oops something went wrong try again later” “Oops “ is not a word one uses when handling peoples money. You use it when you spill something etc. Your app should work so much better than this please

  • Bad Tablet Display

    The updated app now opens on my iPad running iOS 15.6.1.

    However the user interface is designed for a phone in a portrait display. The app should utilize a full screen for tablets in landscape mode. Developers need to do a lot of front end work on this application to make it appealing to tablet users. Otherwise the web version is a better full screen view.
