App Errors
Similar to others, I have experienced an error in the app that will not allow you to complete the survey - it will ask you to turn the phone to landscape mode in order to proceed (which is impossible within the app). When you are unable to do so, you have no choice but to end the survey and lose ALL of your points. Incredibly disappointing.Show lessdstomps

Annoying
It’s annoying to be told a survey will take 15min a, then have to do the qualifying questions only to be told the survey will take 25min… and have to redo the same questions already answered.
One question per click, load, or use too , load, question, load… I give the same feedback on every surgery I do on any rewards platform and the same annoyance remainsShow lessMushroomfat

Apologies for the inconvenience experienced. THello, thanks for your review. Please note that the survey link we sent you matches your profile to an available survey. The number of points you earn for each survey may vary, it depends on several factors, including survey length. If it matches the requirements of an available study, you will be directed to that survey and will be able to take it. If you are not, then the system will continue to find you another survey that matches to your profile. Apologies for the inconvenience experienced.Can’t use Landscape mode
Multiple surveys have told me that I need to go into landscape mode to complete them. However, the app doesn’t allow for that to happen. Please change this, I have missed out on many points because of this issue.gibsonthe111

I had made an account and filled out every form then all of a sudden it logs me out and when I try to log back in it says my password is wrong even though I know that it’s right garbage app do not get waste of time and probably will steal your infolucpalm

I love I-Say, but terrible app!
I have been using iSay for years and it’s fantastic. I have gotten so many money vouchers and I genuinely enjoy doing their surveys. The old app was great with no issues. This app however isn’t very good, lots of bugs such as not displaying surveys properly. I’ve had a few surveys which require you to have the phone on landscape mode but this app only displays on portrait, meaning I have lost a lot of progress purely because the app can’t go landscape! Many of the surveys require respondent to turn phone to landscape mode to continue the survey. The app does not allow this, and the survey will not proceed. Have lost several opportunities to try products at home because of this.Psychobiotic

I have been exchanging emails about a missing $25 Amazon reward for quite sometime, they consistently ignore my emails for weeks at a time. The last email included an Amazon code, when I went to redeem it I was informed that the code had been used. This used to be a reputable and legitimate company. Beware!!Show lessZacjacfracar
