This is awful
Since changing their name and platform, this new app is awful. 9/10 survey is unavailable! And then when it takes you back to the main page either all surveys have disappeared, or double the amount added. It also changes my language settings all the time too, so sometimes when I log in it’s all in Spanish. Nuts! Don’t recommend!Show lessRebecca Louise
Can’t start surveys
I can log in, fill in all my details, choose surveys, but not one of them works. I fill in basic details each time and then click to start the survey, but it just loads up a blank page which loops constantly. I have the same problem using Safari, but Chrome at least lets me get into a survey, but there is no Previous or Next buttons so I’m stuck on the first page.Show lessTheCatsDad
Just awful
Since changing their name- again, about 6 times in a decade now- then I cannot login. Just keeps saying “check your credentials”. Extremely frustrating and something they have done to stop me getting on to my account and do surveys. Just appalling. This happened 2 years ago during pandemic when I couldn’t login. Waited weeks for a reply and it finally worked. Now it’s stopped again because they changed their name and I’m going round in circles trying to login. WHY???????????Show lessNetvUK
Better design, but still some kinks in the new app
Have been doing these surveys for quite some time now and the new app is better than the previous design, itwas going great until a survey required landscape mode.
Basically this app does not work in landscape mode, rotating the phone any which way did not get rid of the “open control centre and make sure portrait lock is not on”.
Hint portrait lock wasn’t on in the first place.Show lesssirk_2005
