    App is useless, tried putting a claim through twice and logged out for security reasons when when adding information and second literally while I’m adding photos!! Very annoyed and wasted my time!

  • Annoying

    App is usually simple to work with. However, had to analyse photos on my phone to write on a claim, app would constantly log me out and not save any of my progress. This is a very poor feature as claims can take a long time to write!!! Was out of the app for less than a minute each time. Policy is also under maintenance a lot, and i cannot update my insurance or pay for it. Very frustrating.

  • No lube before I get F&$@ed

    Just got my car insurance renewal, gone up by $400, only way to reduce it is increase the excess and drive less, and drop the extras.
    Better option is move on and get it all for less with another insurance company
  • Web chat option really poor!

    The web chat option is a joke!!!
    The amount of times it has timed out or automatically signed me out of the web chat conversation with an agent is beyond ridiculous, I’ve tried 5 times.
    You can’t switch apps to search for claim numbers etc that they ask you for without it signing you out and sometimes it just feels like doing it on its own.

    I’ve been trying to extend my hire car on a claim only for the ‘extend hire car’ menu to give you no option to do so and other claims not even have the option to organise one. After spending over 30min on hold waiting to speak to someone via phone I’m constantly told that all this can be done via the app … somethings got to give.

    Very easy to pay my car insurance, straight forward.
  • App times out

    When I’m in the middle of a chat with their staff it logs out as the app tells me it’s been open too long. Never mind that I’m trying to arrange some support for my repairs.

    Every time the app is updated, existing policy details are removed. Tried adding the policy back but ulit just fails and errors out
  • I do not exist

    I have multiple policies but when I check for details on 1 policy not listed I receive the curious message that I basically do not exist with the identification details even though they are the details on my policies. great attention to detail 😡
