Our latest update provides support for new types of gifts, as well as stability and performance improvements.
The customer service is AMAZING! Last year I placed an order before I realized what the Celebrations Passport (free shipping/no fees) was. I called customer service after I placed my order and they let me purchase the Celebrations passport and credited me back all the shipping charges that I had on my order. It was a large order and they removed all of the shipping and service fees honoring the passport purchase! I was so amazed by the service that for this year, I purchased 8 more gifts from Harry and David. I will only use this service for any gift boxes. They have my business was for life. I get like they actually cared about my business and my wallet.
