The updated my information in my app. The app is beyond helpful! This is by far the best most helpful app I’ve ever had in my entire technological life! Please for your happiness and peace of mind. WAIT UBTIL THE UPDATE YOUR APPLIANCE BEFORE JUDGING THE APP! I recently had a stroke in March it’s November Researching very hard for me. Once they updated and loaded my appliance, it’s so easy to find all the information I need. You can even see 3D images of your parts!! Best app EVER! Better than my bank app!

This app has helped me with multiple repairs and also with finding the right part for something I knew how to fix. It doesn’t have everything in my house and it’s not 100% perfect, but I would not trade it for anything. It’s my go to app for anything broken. It has saved me so much money on avoided service calls and repairs!

Not sure how/why they do that
This is an amazing app. Does as advertised, plus a little more. That they don’t charge, spam or be a general pain in the backside goes against most everything on the App Store. Highly recommend for any owner of household stuff.
Fix the fix app!
Every time you go to upload a photo the app crashes. Come on guys, how embarrassing that the fix app isn’t fixed. Anyone else see the irony in this?
Marginal at Best
Couldn’t find a 2 year old Dewalt shop vacuum or an older Delta bench sander. Finally (sort of) found a Porter Cable oscillating tool but the product number wasn’t an exact match. And then all I got was a grainy parts diagram with no useful information in it.
Easier to just download the parts manuals in line and save them on your phone. And keep the manuals in sleeves in a binder. Maybe not quite as convenient but far less fiddely.

Awesome resource
Complete fan of this app. The resources that are available helped me save time and money. I misplaced one of the wiring diagrams for an appliance of ours, but was able to find it through the app, and once I troubleshot the the issue, the parts were made available on the same provider. In addition to that, I never thought about having a record of all the items along with the make and model number in the event that something happens like theft or a fire, there is a record that you have and can attach photos for an insurance claim that was totally not on my radar. Sure there are some software bugs that I feel are minor but the developers get a Gold star from this guy 😃
