Get rid of app.

People don’t want to download an app for every small time charging system. This system is living in the past. License some wireless tech that uses digital wallets. Paying should be as fluid as NYC subway. Way your phone and hit a button.

This kinda crap is a major friction point for people. If the NYC subway can do it everyone can. Get at it.

And the app is bad.

App Not Working - At All

The App was apparently updated recently- but the new version does not seem to be available in the App Store. I have deleted and reinstalled the app half a dozen times over the past few weeks. Every time I open it, I get the message that it needs to be updated. When I ignore that and keep moving forward, I get a message that the phone cannot connect to the internet - even when I’m at home and connected to my network (like now). I’d love to be able to get the app to work to expand my charging options - fingers crossed that they sort out the problem!!

Worst App Ever

I have never in my life had a more exasperating experience with an app. It works about 35% of the time. The support people are wonderful. Except that they keep telling me that the problem is my fault. The app doesn’t work. I have filed more than 20 (tickets) complaints with them. Tonight I spent 3.5 hours trying to get my car to charge. They tell me now that it’s charging. But the app says it’s not. They charging stations are installed where I park my car. So I have no recourse. I would fire this company in a second. But I’m stuck with them. NEVER ado business with them!!!

Can’t add payment

I’ve tried countless times to add payment method…. Used various cards and still get a please try again message. Called support only thing they can offer is to delete app and try again. Deleted and reinstalled at least 10 times still not working!!!! Beyond frustrating!!!

App updates sign you out

The app functions well for identifying chargers and for providing funds to charge your vehicle. I’m very happy with these seamless features.
However, app updates sign you out of the app, hence you must remember (or have stored somewhere) your lengthy password.
I understand that signing in after an update is likely an extra added security feature; however fumbling around in 20 degree weather trying to locate and/or remember the password or trying to obtain a new password is not my idea of functionality.
Many of my apps update and do not sign out with each update. These include apps that retain financial information.

This app is a scam and is not safe. There is no way to delete your credit card information off of the app which means they are doing something suspicious with it. These people should be sued!!!

Works great

Downloaded the app was charging writhing minutes.

Difficult to use

Unlike any other charger. Hard to figure out how to use it. Plugged it in, didn’t begin to charge difficult to unplug it
