No way to add reservation to app
No way to add a reservation if purchased before creating an account or you do not buy on the app first. Should have a way to enter your reservation code or scan it at the very least. Very frustrating
Cannot add my ticket. This renders it useless for Park entry.
It’s unbelievable that this app does not allow the user to link a reservation and ticket.
Disclaimer down load app before purchase
I didn’t even think to look for an app!! If your going to send an email suggesting to download an app to keep everything electronic you should specify that before purchases are made, especially since that is the only way to get your tickets electronically. Who wants to keep up with paper tickets on vacation. NOT ME but now I have no choice. The fact that you can’t link your purchases to the app is ridiculous. This should be an easy app fix to add a reservation. VERY inconvenient!

Very frustrated
I had tickets back in 2021. The app shows those but refuses to show the new ones I booked in Feb 2024. I would really like to have my plans show in the app. But they won’t. I called Discovery Cove and sounds like I will have to wait to get to the park for someone to be able to help me. Guess I’m stuck with paper tickets.

Needs Option to Add Ticket Purchase
Super helpful in the park but you can’t add your reservation unless you purchase THROUGH the app or Create account FIRST.

No reservation found
Purchases tix through official website with same email used to register account through app and there is no record of my purchase. There is no place in the app to link a reservation with a confirmation number and no FAQ or contact form to help resolve this issue!! It merely says that if you feel this is an error, please log back in with same email used to make purchase. Seriously?! The official website provides you with a link with your confirmation and directs you to download the app so that your reservation can be accessed and make planning your day easy. NOT!! Is this just another useless app taking up space and collecting my info?!
