Better Defensive Driver
This “Street Smart” app. helps me remember many of the defensive driving skills I’ve learned over the years especially in the military.
Covering the brake approaching an intersection, waiting two to three seconds before entering said intersection after a stop light and gently slowing to avoid a rear end collision to name a few.Show lessstan3405
Improved my driving
This app really healed me improve my driving habits. I was able to adjust my driving according to my score. The one critique I have is the speed limits in the road do not always match the app and are slow to update. This can lower your score even if you’re following the posted speed. If they fix that issue, I’d give it 5 stars!Show lessAcujen
Intriguing
I’m getting a kick out of this app. I’ve accepted the fact that I’m not going to be able to stop speeding, but I would like to not do rapid accelerations or crazy cornering. It’s also gotten me to stop using my phone while I’m driving for the most part, which is a good thing. I also realized that using my phone while I’m driving is sort of a sign of a certain level of agitation on my part. If I can drive or even exist with less agitation, that is wonderful!Show lessMiracleliz

So I wanted to save money now that I am retired and no longer driving. I was told about this app when I called Amica to inquire about reducing my auto insurance premiums. I immediately downloaded the app, put in my e-mail address (yes the one Amica sent my policy notification to and has been using for years!) and I get an error message “There is no account associated with this e-mail”. Well, I just wasted my time trying to get it to work about 4-5 times. I can’t see it helping me save a dime when it does not work.Show lessMom2cats2kids
