  • Can’t sort into locations

    Would be so helpful for organizing food but it won’t let me sort food into my added locations (like a deep freeze) so it doesn’t help keep track of where anything is and therefore feels pointless.
  • Needs improvement

    The system with the vacuum sealer is great but the app needs improvement. It’s not intuitive and can’t be customized easily. The items suggest are not sufficient and pretty basic, one should be able to customize. Overall there’s the risk of not using the app because it’s not that good.
  • The app has become useless after first use

    I was only able to scan and enter foods once. Now it takes ages to load the Save screen and if after 5 minutes it loads you basically can do nothing with it.
  • Keeping Track Of Food Is Easier Than Ever

    I absolutely adore my ZWILLING, fresh and save. This app makes it all work so seamlessly. I can keep track of how old the food is. It sends me reminders of when I need to start using food that I’ve sealed and entered into the app. I no longer have to worry about forgetting what I have in the refrigerator. It’s a really efficient app.

  • Love the products, but app so-so

    I added the starter set I have, I box, 2 small bags, 2 medium bags.
    Added first produce in small bag, added a 2nd produce to 2nd small bag (by scanning the code on the bag) and the app said I already had a item and if it was eaten or to replace it.
    Why does the app not know I have 2 bags?
    Also when adding an item without scanning container or bag, it labels the item as container box. This should be fixed. I’ve ordered duplicates of more bags and containers, hopefully the app will recognize how many I have.
    The app would be great if I can manually add the products (box, bags) I have or edit the type of container an item is in.
    As an added feature, it would be good if I could identify when food was purchased, when I stored it and what or if item has an expiration date.
    The calculate date is not as intuitive, every time I re-save, it changes the day minus one day.
    Example, I stored first time today, saw 10 days, I reviewed the item in app, then it showed 9 days, and looking at item a 3rd time, now it displays 8 days. All within 15 minutes of playing with the app.

  • App is horrible

    I love the vacuum sealer, but this app is close to worthless. I can’t scan anything, I can’t select what storage container I am using, and I can’t specify whether the product is in the fridge, freezer, or pantry. Basically is just let’s me know what I have and how old it is. So still useful, but very annoying.

  • Can’t login with gmail

    The app isn’t linked for logging in with linked Gmail - makes it useless with a linked account

  • Storage keep food fresh!

    I love this product! I love fruits especially strawberries blackberries raspberry. No more moldy fruit after a day or two. Now it’s been a week and it’s still fresh.

  • Great App…..But…

    Installed this app when I purchased the Zwilling Food Saver system. Absolutely LOVE the product and have purchased several extra containers and bags. The app was terrific. - easy to use and made keeping track of what was in the various containers organized. All was great until my phone did an update and ALL of the entries in this app were erased. Very frustrating and disappointing to say the least. Hoping that Zwilling will work harder on the app to ensure this doesn’t happen in the future.

  • Dates change

    Just migrated to the “new” app and added my groceries into containers and scanned them into the app. The use by date is populated based off the apps suggestion. By the time I was done adding all items the dates had changed all over the place. I had two separate containers of mushrooms added at the same time. By the time I was finished. The use by dates were completely different for both containers. Fix the app, the features promised with this product do not deliver.
