Connects but camera doesn’t work n the app won’t let you navigate. Very sad that no help could be found n they don’t respond to emails. Don’t buy!
Junk
Does not connect to camera at all. Went through ALL trouble shooting steps and still did not work. Apparently this is a huge issue with this device and App. No customer service number.
Ear phobia
I’ve always have had a phobia about some thing going in my ear while sleeping. This is perfect. I feel like I’m in school 💙💛🤘🏽all over again researching in my ear, works wonderfully I’m truly amazed. I love it. Susan from Miami
Have to connect to device wifi
You need to turn on the wand and find it’s wifi. Then the camera image will connect to the app. I came back to change my review as I originally hadn’t connected to its wifi and the camera wasn’t working. The product and app does work as advertised.
It works, but the instructions are not clear
I had the same problem as everyone else. The camera would not connect to the phone. I kept fooling with it, until I finally saw the device pop up on the wi-fi list. After I switched my wi-fi settings to the camera, it immediately connected. The camera is its own wi-fi network.
It’s just slow to show up in the network list and a little wonky. Look for an unsecured network ID in your wi-fi settings. I think it starts with “HDN…”something. That’s your camera. As soon as you select that network you should start seeing an image. If you don’t see it after restarting everything and giving it plenty of time to find it, your camera is probably faulty.
It works just like the camera on my wife’s drone.
Now I have to send an email to them and apologize for the previous one I sent them.

Works fine
Takes a bit of getting used to as image can flip and then you’re working backwards.
However the app automatically directed me to Bluetooth when it’s actually a WiFi connection. If you’re having trouble connecting try WiFi instead and I found it worked.

Lies does not show images
This is a waste of money and time. I was looking forward to using this to see if I could figure out my tinnitus. No image. Nothing.

In Philadelphia, PA USA. This does work.
After downloading app, turn off bluetooth. Open wifi in settings with the stick turned on. It will show up as a new wifi device. Select the new device. Go to the app.

Excellent!
Given some of the reviews and the overall average for this app, I was concerned about the wisdom of my purchase (the hardware). My own experience was great. The instructions were clear and concise, connecting and using the app with my phone was easy. Viewing and cleaning (though a bit icky lol) was a fascinating experience (default magnification about 500%), with satisfactory results. The earpick and this app are great!

Piece of junk
The camera is not working. Connected to the app with out camera view what is the point of it. The send me an email to contact for any troubleshooting. But no one answer their email and no option to return it back. Save your money. They are scammer
