A little tricky but works great!
I had a difficult time getting it to connect the first time. You need to enable it to search and connect to “other devices” once you have hooked up to its WiFi. Then the camera works great. It takes practice to use but it works!
Working well, but on 3rd use App says no internet connection
This was working well, but on my 3rd attempt, the inbuilt wi-fi network for this App says ‘no internet connection’. Unless that can be fixed it’s now unusable. Any advice?!
Doesn’t Work!
I just received this yesterday and it will connect via wifi but doesn’t show connected on app. Tried to follow on email to get help but it is blocked!

Figured hey, the app is on Apple and they Vet everything… right? Not… should have come here first and read the reviews. App connects to device but then nothing. Keeps wanting to connect even when it already is. Going through the return process and they “automated response” wants me to send a video of problem. How do i do that when app is on my phone. Sent step by step description following their instructions and the result and got exact same automated response asking for a video. Thankfully purchased through PayPal, we’ll see how good their resolution process is.

Wireless Visible Earpick
I’m have trouble connecting to my Bluetooth. I’ve used it twice. Now it will not connect. I’ve tried everything. Even tried using it on another device. It’s not worth the trouble.
How to make it work
Everyone writing reviews, having trouble getting the earpick to work. I had the same trouble, what you need to do is instead of trying to use Bluetooth when connecting, go to Wi-Fi and connect to the strange looking network. It worked straight away for me.

Installed this app when I first received the earcam, it worked once and won’t connect to the camera again.
I’ve deleted app, and reinstalled several times…it’s horrible, but I should’ve expected this with China!

Item Is Not as Described in Advertising
The ad video shows a live camera footage with a clear view. The app SL YLZ does not work. The ear cleaner is not what the advertisement shows and it barely scraped anything out of my ear. Not good
