    I have to give without any reservation five stars plus plus to my wonderful new consultant MIRIAM Monroe we are like sisters from different mothers!
    She is patient. She is kind she is upbeat. She’s an active listener. She is sensitive. She is highly knowledgeable and we have so much in common. I can’t wait to meet Miriam!
    My skin is changed since having cancer in 2018 and going through chemotherapy and
    A great deal of weight loss nearly 180 pounds I look in no way anything like my Facebook photo just prior to chemotherapy in February 2018!

    Boy, it is so evident to me how much help I need for Mary Kay products I will have to take out a loan for the nearly $900 of products. I need to rejuvenate my face and get it back into shape. I’ll need to buy one product at a time and I think MIRIAM and the companies patients for letting me do this.

    I wish I could afford over $800 in product in order to supply beauty counter every day and night. I am a senior unlimited income, like many seniors in this country and without a husband or a second income.

    I can assure you that Mrs. Monroe is working diligently to help me achieve my beauty regimen and to do it cost-effectively and with a great deal of joy and enjoyment and I thank you for MIRIAM and for Mary Kay you are a godsend!

    I love this product for the quality of research they do to create a quality skin and cosmetic product. The were named # 1 in the World by Euromonitor International Flier for quality products! Thank you for putting quality over product for all consumers for 60 years.
  • This is the worst app ever

    This app is not user friendly nor is their website. I’ve had an account with Mary Kay for YEARS using the same email address. My consultant recently retired. I needed to order more product. When I tried to sign in via web browser and app, I was told there is no account associated with my email which is completely false. Then I was told my password was incorrect. Then I was finally able to reset my password and when I tried to change it in the app I received an error message not allowing me to change it from the temporary one I was sent. My address wasn’t saved in my account which was very odd, nor was my card information. Talk about mission impossible to place a freaking order and give you revenue. Fix this awful app experience and or just let me order products directly from MK without all of this hassle.

    I recently started using MK and I am so impressed with the products. I have A LOT of skin allergies and have limited options on skin care. The high standards of the ingredients has allowed me to have quality products at a reasonable price. Thanks to my Beauty Consultant Sage Roberts for all your recommendation’s. You have been amazing to work with. My skin is so soft and glowing. Can’t wait to start trying the makeup line.

    I do not think it’s user friendly. It’s not intuitive or easy to use. For example, when I open the app I expect to either have it use facial recognition or present the login screen. Also I want an easy way to reorder my entire previous order. As a retired software engineer I have experience with excellent, good, fair, and bad apps. I would rate this fair.
  • Difficult to use

    I had to manually type in my card information. I tried to order directly through the website and after creating an account some rando was assigned as my consultant. I could not update it, even though a I have been working with a specific consultant already. When I got the app I could not use the other account because it was associated with a different consultant. The whole process took way too long and needs to be updated if you want to attract a younger audience.

    I’ve used Mary Kay for many, many years, starting back in the 1980’s. The products have always been great. But now, they are exceptional!! I’ve never been disappointed with any of my purchases. I really love the convenience of shopping online. Please keep doing what you’ve always done and I’ll keep returning!

    I used Mary Kay years ago. I moved, and then one of my good friends Joined and became a consultant! Thank you, Yolanda Porter. I look young again!! I also love the new fragrance they have now and the foundation! The best aging cream skin care is Timewise. Look and feel fabulous.
  • App use when moving consultants

    App is not friendly when trying to move consultants. My consultant closed her business and now trying to switch. Would be nice if app was a bit more user friendly in that way.

    I have been using Mary Kay products for over 10 years now. I get quite a few compliments on my skin and nails. People actually believe I’m younger than I am.
