  • Horrible

    I signed up for the free trial but I haven’t been able to use the service and it’s been 2 weeks now.
    I’ve called them multiple times due to my vehicle information not being updated. I’m still showing the old owner information and it shows the vehicle information was last updated in November of 2022.
    It still shows my car having 16,000 miles when it has 34K. No one is able to help or fix the issue.
    I’ve uninstalled app multiple times and I can’t even use the service. No gps, or auto start from the app.
    This has been the worst experience and waste of time.

    Hi, have you had the chance to push the Assist button inside the vehicle to activate your subscription? Please know, you must have an active subscription and a connected vehicle to utilize most mobile app features.   • Nearly useless

    This app only updates once a month so the milage, location, and gas are always off. Dodge needs to take notes from other apps like Ford and Toyota. They can adjust climate controls, get notifications if doors are unlocked, and have up to date information on their gas, miles, etc. Using the app to lock or unlock doors takes forever. Really the only good thing about it is the ability to remote start from it, but if the ac was on when you parked and it’s cold in the morning, your car is freezing. Dodge is the best, their app should be too.

  • Scam App

    Used to use the MOPAR app - found out it was discontinued and got redirected to download this app. After entering your VIN, it prompts you to call an agent to set up your access. That agent will then attempt to sell you a monthly subscription to use the app. Just disclose this in the app and let people decide. The bait and switch was very much not appreciated.

    In response to the developer, yes you can technically still use the app…if you type the VIN number in every time you use it. It will not store information without a paid subscription. Even in your response, you’ve doubled down on being misleading.

You can still use our branded Dodge app without a subscription to see things like the owner's manual or service history.
