  • Avoid at all costs - useless product and even worse customer service

    I purchased the Femtek ring with high hopes like everyone else, but what I received was an utter disaster. After waiting eight months due to shipping delays, the ring finally arrived only to deliver nothing but constant headaches.

    The ring never worked properly - ever. It failed to provide any readings, the app didn't show the necessary graphs, and connection issues were endless. To make matters worse, the battery barely held a charge, and the app was riddled with bugs that made it completely unusable. I was left with a device that was essentially a piece of expensive plastic. I was giving it a go for over 4 months before asking for a refund.

    Despite countless attempts to resolve these issues, Femtek's response was nothing short of infuriating. Their "solution" was to suggest that I take a six-week break from using the ring. Seriously? That’s their fix? Just wait and hope it magically starts working? This response alone should be a red flag for anyone considering this product. I have never once received an apology either.

    When I finally had enough and requested a refund, I was met with gaslighting and manipulation. Femtek claimed the device was functional and tried to blame me for not updating the firmware—when in reality, the product was faulty from the start (just look at other reviews). They even had the audacity to frame the refund as an act of "goodwill" when it was nothing more than an attempt to avoid legal accountability. They only partially refunded me.

    And let’s talk about their atrocious customer service. I was left feeling completely dismissed and invalidated. They refused to cover return shipping costs, despite this clearly being a faulty product, and continually downplayed my issues as if they were trivial.

    This company has zero respect for its customers and no sense of responsibility. They will gaslight you, they will blame you, and they will do everything they can to avoid taking accountability for their defective products.

    Save yourself the frustration, money, and time—do not buy from Femtek. Their product is a failure, and their customer service is even worse.

    I await a “developer response” to further prove my points of gaslighting and zero accountability

  • Don’t buy!!

    Have had a very similar experience to the other people leaving reviews. Months of back and forth with support, being patient yet still no reliable data and can’t input any cycle data in. The app isn’t set up well to be user friendly either. Unfortunately they are charging a large sum of money for a product that is a long way off being what it claims to be but they refuse to issue refunds and keep making promises and asking you to be patient. Had enough! Don’t waste your money

  • Faulty product, would not recommend

    All the promise and zero results. I was so excited to support this, but months of no data, troubleshooting and condescending customer service, I have lost faith in the product and the company. They won’t offer a refund, only a replacement product still filled with bugs. Don’t waste your money.
  • Horrible experience/buyer beware

    I have had my ring for over a month and it’s collected less than 20% of data. I have tried all the trouble shooting strategies with no result. There has been 30+ emails back and forth. All about escalating to developers which never happened. I understand it’s a new business (which is why I wanted to support you) but all the behind-the-scenes issues are not my responsibility as a consumer. I am supposed to be having reduced stress levels while TTC and honestly, it's giving me more. I was told I was outside the refund window and can’t get a refund, yet raised the issue within 2 days of wearing the ring. In the terms it also states that as consumers we are agreeing to buy a faulty ring so there’s not way out. Very dishonest. Please be aware before purchasing. Was refused a refund. A lot of money to throw down the drain with a device that doesn’t work for me and many others.

  • $320 down the drain

    Please don’t waste you money on this!!

    Terrible communication & unsatisfactory customer service.

    After over 12 months of waiting and still no working product to use. Have so been patient & now I’ve just had enough.

    I’ve requested a refund and been refused. Have lodged a complain with ACC. Encourage you to do the same.

    Unfortunately this company is charging you for a pipe dream!

  • Not tracking

    Like another reviewer, I preordered with the Kickstarter and was really excited to get the ring after months of delays. Set it up and over the last 14 nights of wearing the ring it has recorded only four sporadic readings. I restarted my phone, restarted the app, read all the FAQ on the FEMTEK website, sent a message for support several times with zero response. Really hoping this gets resolved or it was such a waste of $350 :(

Unfortunately our manufacturing delays for our Kickstarter early adopters were completely out of our control and not something that we foresaw. It was a huge disappointment to us as well, but we tried to communicate this to our customers at every opportunity that we could. Since January we have onboarded, streamlined, and completely overhauled our customer service. Although December '23 and January '24 were difficult transitional periods for us, and we have rolled out a lot of software and firmware updates to our app over the last few months.   • No Data - No timely responses

    At present, the ring collected data for two days and then for the last 4-5 weeks nothing. I have read the FAQs. I have submitted online a request for support, and after which received some questions; that I responded to. I was advised they would follow up with their tech team (14 days ago). Which I have now popped another email direct to Brooke who has answered my enquiry originally, as I haven’t heard anything since.. I am at this stage, honestly disappointed. I pre ordered early 2023, there was a bit of confusion around when the BBring would finally be dispatched. I set it up (and told myself it was all worth it). And I am now frustrated by the lack of resolution. $349 AUD is serious money and commitment, and at this end, I have a device that is not acquiring any data (exc the first two days). I don’t know what other troubleshooting to do. I unpaired the device, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I reviewed all the settings on the app, checked the FAQs and reached out. Obviously, I am open to my experience changing, but at present this is a terrible start.
