Does not work; prompts you to sign in to your account. If you don’t have an account there is no way to set one up. Useless. Unbelievable
Doesn’t work
Downloaded app. Never was prompted to set up account. Can’t set up account. The most basic yet fundamental requirement doesn’t work.
Reset ratings?
Ten reviews with one-star ratings but only show two ratings in the summary? Cheaters gonna cheat.
App malfunction
Tried signing back into my account after long layoff. App would not accept my existing login credentials. Ok fine so I selected “forgot password” option. App failed to send reset password to my email of record. Oh well, don’t need the app but thought it would be convenient. The sous vide works perfectly without the Anova app. Do not recommend this app. Their recipe and cooking guide app works fine btw.

Useless App
I set up my user name and password on the website. This app will not take one or the other or possibly both. 🤷🏼♂️ Seems as though there are a whole lot of other folks with the same issue. Fix this please or I’m returning my Anova and buying a Joule.
Can’t connect! Useless exercise for overpriced product
Useless —— my email and password are correct but site states “invalid”. Effort to reset—-email from Anova does not come
Can’t login
On initial download you can create an account and it worked okay. Took forever to connect to the device. Second try…no second try. It will not let me sign in, I know the password and email because I wrote it down and stored it with the device. I try to reset my password and it never sends the password reset. So now I have an overpriced soups vide with WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity that will not even allow me to login to use it. Lots of the reviews sound the same. Why has Anova not fixed this????

Will not recognize user ID
Set up the Sous Vide Pro and can connect between the mechanism and my Wi-fi. However, cannot log onto this app using my ID and Password.

I have to use it stand alone. Unable to even sign in. Worst app ever.
No way to create account
How can I login if there’s no where to register a new account? Received this as a gift and apparently all the “smart” features via the app are unusable?
