There is only an option to sign in. It is new to me so I haven’t set up an account yet.
Can’t get pass the request for password
Won’t send me a link for new password and won’t let me create a new log in. Makes the product useless.
Doesn’t cut it.
Doesn’t accept my old password or allow me to reset the password. I can’t change any features on my ANOVA sous vide. No where can I create a new user name and password. A little help would be nice.

Does not read QR code and won’t accept the manual typed code. Why does everything have to be so needlessly complicated by technology? The old gauge was accurate and all I needed was a flashlight. Thanks to this useless “innovation” we ran out of LP in the middle of cooking dinner on a winter night in 10 degree F weather. We didn’t ask for this dumb gadget.
