  • Not worthy

Not worth at all. They will give you ride for early morning for 6am but they want you to wake up 4am to check in. Then leave to pick up by 5:30am to finally pick up the kid is 6:06am then suddenly they will change the pickup to 6:24am after 6:24am the kid is still not out there then you have to wait 10 more minutes and each ride have upto 4 kids so every kid add 10 minutes extra.
Now come to miles the ride is almost above 20miles and gas. And the price is just 21$ for all those miles and hours. This company is eating us.

  • the company is in serious trouble

In the next annual update of documents in my personal account, I was informed that my car is salvage title and I allegedly cannot make trips.
The fact that I had used this car perfectly and without problems before was of no concern to anyone.
My car is a 2021 , in perfect condition and has gone through all the meticulous inspection checks.
The term savage is only used by insurance companies and DMV and does not reflect the actual condition of the car.
I think this is due to the confusion and change in management of the company, otherwise this could not have happened

  • Care driver

I’m on my second week with this company, it’s a good part time job. I’m still learning the in’s and out’s. You need to watch miles you travel to pick up a passenger. I’ve noticed they will send you 17, 18 or even more miles to pick up a 3 mile fare. You only get paid for the miles 3 miles you travel to deliver the child, the 18 miles you travel to get there is money out of your pocket. So just pay attention to the empty miles you drive. It would help if we could be paid at least a fuel surcharge for all the miles driven empty and loaded on every trip. So just keep your eyes on the unpaid miles and you will probably be ok with working here.

  • User friendly

Love the app and the company as a whole. User friendly, no technical issues, the only thing that could be changed are being able to view the rider notes while the ride is sitting in the cart. Currently that’s not an option
  • App Is Ok

The app can be slow to respond and load information. Also I think there should be an easier way to see your earnings Also I really wish I could instantly cash out my earnings and not have to wait for every Monday for it to just process, not post to my bank account. Other than that the app seems to work well.

  • New Cancellation Policy

I was prepared to give this app/company three stars, but they came out with a new cancellation policy where unless you check in for your ride, which is only possible during a half hour window prior to the start of the ride, you won’t be paid if the client decides to cancel. It’s a huge setback for the driver who has cleared their schedule 24 hours or even a week in advance to do the ride, and the pickings are slim to none if you try to get another ride. In the past, they have listened to drivers who wanted a minimum guarantee pay displayed with the available rides rather than an estimate, so hopefully they will do the same here and change things back to the way they were. Even better: go back to when you would pay out 50% to the rider if the client cancels less than 24 hours. If it’s a good enough policy for hair salons, it should be good enough for the people who drive your kids to school and back home.

  • I am CareDriver for almost 2 years

Hopskipdrive is amazing job, it becomes my full time job and really love working with the community. Helping families, children to get to their destination with safety driving is the Best! My children struggled in the past with transportation and I can feel that from families, if Hopskip existed in the past our life would be easier and safe for all of us having a transportation to school. Hopskipdrive is One of the best driver companies I worked for.

  • Enjoy but App Glitches

I’ve been enjoying being a CareDriver for the last four years. It is a good feeling to be of service to many riders. Unfortunately there are app glitches that needs to be fixed. The “I’ve arrived” button is displayed for about 2 seconds once a ride has started.

  • I’m a CareDriver my name is Arutyun

It’s a good company to work for for part-time, my bet . otherwise to work for full-time I believe it will be pretty much impossible some of the trips, long trips. I’ll be more happy to see more decent pay since the gas is very expensive and everything else for maintaining personal vehicle I understand everybody have to pay their own things insurance is already skyrocketing which some trips are really not worth it but overall it’s a good idea. Whoever got this idea to do help school children help that’s a good idea I’m a parent myself and I understand how important safety for the children and everything else, hopefully people get benefited but it’s only good for part time but then again prefer a little more better pay a list to get survival range thank you. The people who got this business idea it will help some people it’s kind of reliable I believe so as a new driver, myself, but then again one’s we minus the expenses and gas it’s not much left that’s all I can say but overall it’s a good business to work for!!!!
