Love the app just some minor things
Love this company and the mission! As a driver, would love a more options incase we need to cancel like traffic, inclement weather, etc. with all the California rain and road issues I had to cancel many at the last minute because the distance was too far. Additionally, when you’re in an area with bad wifi- you aren’t able to mark the pick up or drop off. Also I had a 3 rider pick up but the route set up to drop off the farthest child first and I would like the option to adjust that on the ride based on what needs to happen. It became a real hassle because I ended dropping off a child who was closer but couldn’t mark it on the app so ended up driving all the way back so I could complete the ride while it was pouring raining! I appreciate the upfront pricing too. I only just started but hope to find a better rhythm with my scheduling once the weather is better!Show lessverymaryinspired

Mostly top-notch! I would give it a five but it needs a function where the driver can copy and paste the schedule into their iCal…Without violating the riders privacy, of course. LOVE the KIDS!!NeverBeDefeated

The speed policy is really disturbing, or not passible to follow 100%, because, I am in Washington 90% areas is up and down grads, some places is 25 mph but normal traffics flew is 35-40 it’s only one line, everybody is honking on you, highway is okay I am always on the last line 😁, the only choice, but in local road it’s really hard and dangerous to drive on the posted limits, most of the time they showing me middle finger, I can’t say anything I know what they are past off, coz they flashing me honking me, sometime get close to my car want to push for speed, so if driver go over limit little bit it’s okay, I better know safety of my self, property, customer, every Wednesday report card saying, everything is okay only speeding is fair, I told you the problem why it’s fair, second schedule are not available around the area, due to the high volume drivers,Show lesshavssjsdon

been driving for hop skip drive for about a year+. Love the families and facilitating their kids getting to school and on time! The reimbursement is similar to other ride shares but your time is more your own. You know it is only during school days and hours!gloriaas1
A little blessing
I really enjoy driving for HopSkip. I love interacting with the kids I drive for. This job gives me a great income only working part time. This was a blessing for me and my kids. I can’t imagine doing anything else. Thanks EricaMsDeeDela
