Addicted!
I wake up every morning and the first thing I do is play Merge County. I love all the different parts of the game…new characters, new buildings, new products, more money, more coins, all the animals,…etc. There’s so much to do. I play until my energy runs low and then when my energy has renewed, I pick it back up again and repeat the process. This is the last thing I do before I go to sleep. I don’t have to spend any money but sometimes I will buy more coins or energy when the game has special deals that I cannot refuse. I love it!!!!!Show lessFish River Rat
Too much money!
I realize that you all need to live, but so do we! I love this game and I am enjoying building the town. However the side games use up the energy so fast that even when I spend money on it I still can’t make it through. I can’t afford to purchase the ticket every 3 days and even when I have I wasn’t able to finish the quest! The side quests are too expensive and too short. Because of that I have been thinking of deleting the app!
I have decided to delete this game! I just spent $50 in about 15 minutes and still ran out of energy before I could even get through the side quest! I was also trying to get all the things that the boat captain. All the new mines have been fun but they are distracting from building the town. This is the only merge game that I have truly enjoyed but I can’t keep taking money from the family just to play a game!!Show lessMeKCurtiss
Purchase without Product
I had a good review earlier, because the first time I had a purchase issue they immediately fixed it. Then the same day they had another issue with two more purchases. Took 3 days and they said it’s resolved, it is not. I buy energy and cash bundles often, and have for months. Now I don’t trust making purchases.
While their customer service is kind, and professional, it’s a bummer that my money was taken without receiving the items. I’ve written and discussed with them, and at this time I don’t foresee spending more money with this company. There’s other games I’ve never had purchase problems with, so I’ll support them financially instead. It’s a fun game, but the exchange of money without product is a big problem. addicted to this game but!
I have had this game for probably over a year now And I love everything about it except with the bonus energy, which can sometimes be missed and that’s okay. you have other chances through out the day but there are just so many spaces to choose for your “random energy” up to 250 bonus energy is apparently somewhere in the mix, I personally have never received anything higher than 150 over the year and the lowest I’ve received is 40(the one I get most often) even if I had already gotten 40 for the previous chance. You only get like 4 or 5 and there’s I believe 15 spaces to choose from. I think it would just be nice to get a different one every time you go to claim your bonus energy. Like you can’t click on the one you did before? Obviously would reset next day. And just maybe once get a decent number… I have only received anything over 100 MAYBE 5 times through the entire time of me playing! Still love the game and would never delete it lol 5 stars from me that’s the only thing I wish they’d change!Show lesslowlifebou

I previously wrote a review about there needing to be a skip option for the tutorial due to it not being functionally any different from other merge games and too long. Well, I’m taking another star off for the excessive number of pop ups. I open the game and I’m bombarded with all of these screen pop ups about this or that event. I spent several minutes just clicking through them all. This event has ended! Ok. Want to pay for the next item you didn’t reach? No. Are you sure you don’t want it? YES IM SURE!!! Rinse repeat that about 3-4 more times. Then there’s the constant banners for each quest completion and new objectives and the “buy this for real money” things that again ask “Are you sure?” When you click no thank you.
Really people, it’s too much. I’m deleting the game because it’s all so intrusive. I want to just play and enjoy the game, not to have to click repeatedly through pop up’s and prompts to buy XYZ thing for real money. I CAN’T be the only person feeling this. Give us the option to turn all of that off, opt out of all these “events”, and yes skip the cut scenes/tutorials. Better yet calm that all the way down. There are many good aspects to this game. The graphics are nice, the merging action is good, the game gives you ‘floats’ which help with resources, and keeps the game moving forward.
You have the ability to open new land (more room for money or if you merge enough items.) This feature I do not like because you have to merge so many items for such a small amount, that the land you unlock just gets in the way. There should be a greater reward, or perhaps rethink the approach to unlocking land for merging.
The only reason I did not give 5 stars was the help desk. When I say something is not working, I expect to be treated kindly & perhaps have the process explained so I see what is happening. I do not expect to be told “pay attention” as a sign off from customer service. I liked this game enough to pay for some of the deals offered, but I don’t like it enough to be disrespected.Show lessQuartz110

It is great game and all but there’s way too many ads and I love the game it’s really fun and I think you should download it but I don’t recommend getting a certain game I will recommend getting merge
fable because that’s the better one but overall it’s really good but it has a lot of ads I also think it should be 9+ because it’s really hard and I don’t think four year olds would appreciate how much they like make mistakes because a four year old word like freak out of like how much hard it is so thanks for reading my commentShow lessblargh1919
Disappointed with new features
I love this game and have played everyday for months. Before recently, I would have given five stars but I really hate the addition of the boat captain. The new items he wants take up SO MUCH precious land space and the rewards he gives aren't worth it. I don't want to waste my energy digging for hats and drums when I have planned to focus on buildings or new characters. It would be fine if we could just ignore the boat captain by choice, but there is a new crop and tons of new items clogging up the space. I have never used the shovel tool before this addition! Not worth it!
I loved this game at first. I read a review about using energy on this game, it’s not the case so disregard that one. You earn tickets, clovers and money. These are used to play and fix up the house. Problem is you don’t win enough to make it count unless you spend real money. You get 10 free tickets per day so if that’s all you want to play it’s great for you. The games cost more and more as you level up which is set up to make you spend money. I have actually spent money and it went right through. Once they see your willing to pay it changes quick. That being said, the story is great and fixing the house is super fun. They had a great idea but instead of making it an option to spend money because you like the game they made it so you have no choice if you want to play for long. Sad really because I would have spent more money just because I liked the game but now no it’s NOT WORTH IT!Show lessJrich12574

I never leave reviews for games but I have decided to because of the creativity of Merge County. Continuous updates with different modes. Awards for everything you participate in. This isn’t a pay to play type of game if you have patience. My only complaint for this game is how quick energy is used up. Again you are awarded for using energy. The only thing I would change is the amount of energy you can accrue over time. 1 energy at a time means I’m having to wait for hours to get back on to do one simple task and slowing the pace of the game down. Meaning you need to now spend money to progress quicker or to even have a chance at winning tournaments. If the energy issue would be tweaked with the next update I would be astatic.
