Used to love this but taking well over a day to connect is no good
Was easily a 5 star previously but now same issue as lots of others. Takes an interminable time to connect and tens of attempts to get it to do so. Last few sensors have only connected well into the 2nd day. Been a problem for a while but it’s getting to the point I need to look for something else as it takes way too much time to get this to work. I’ll be back when there is a fix.Show lessStorv
Fixed things other apps couldn’t yet
With the Libre 3 shortage, I tried the Dexcom Stelo and was very disappointed it uses no APIs for following, thus rendering most apps dead that provide useful features like widgets and watch complications. This app was able to connect to it as a G7 and provides better watch data than the Stelo app with useful widgets and lock screen icons. It writes to Apple Health every 5 minutes instead of after a 3 hour delay, and it can write to Nightscout to enable my SugarPixel clock. It’s great! The only feature I’d ask for is manual calibration that I can keep adjusting as I do meter tests during the life of the sensor.Show lessfrugme

update: the developers will reply to bad reviews advising you to email for assistance and then ignore repeated emails requesting help. Don’t bother emailing them.
when I started using this app a few years ago I loved it. but over time, connecting a new libre 2 takes forever and sometimes doesn’t work at all. I’ve been trying to connect this new one for almost 2 hours and it just won’t move past the ‘sensor scan successful, click ok & wait’ pop up. Extremely frustratingShow lessmillakillad

Works pretty good on my phone, widget and Apple Watch compilations. Be sure to add the calendar and the Bluetooth connection. I’m using the Libre 3 sensor.Edwineel
App Crashes because of region restrictions
App crashes on start. I contacted to support, a guy said that is because my region is Belarus and showed the Ukrainian flag. In other word they blocked Belarus too. I think this is unfair.Eugenezv

Hello Eugenezv, Our application is not available in stores on the russia and belarus. We also do not support the use of the app by people from these countries. Such a problem can occur if our app recognizes that you are from these countries. Regards, Max 🇺🇦No libre 3 support
Such a cool looking app, but Libre 3 does not work with it. Disappointing for me, but looks like a great app if you have supported CGM device.Da5_Da5

No compatibility with Libre 1 or 3
I have both the Libre 1 and the Libre 3 neither of which work with this app after many tries of scanning, which is unfortunate as I’d love to use it. Can’t give it a review otherwise. Will change my review if compatibility becomes a thing, and I’m unable to contact customer support to discuss compatibility so my only option is to leave a review.Show lesscatsponchovia
Better than the official Libre app
Why is it a 3rd party app has more functionality and provides more useful detail than the official app? Is it perhaps that this is written by someone who actually understands what a diabetic needs to know rather than what the big manufacturers think you need?
