Extremely Disappointing Experience - No Refund After Multiple Attempts
I had high hopes for this company’s AI marketing services, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. I paid for their services with the expectation of receiving cutting-edge marketing solutions. Unfortunately, they completely failed to deliver.
After realizing their service was not living up to what was promised, I requested a refund—*six times*. Every single attempt was either ignored or brushed aside with empty promises. It's been months, and I am still waiting for my money to be refunded.
This company has shown zero accountability and a total lack of professionalism. I would strongly advise against trusting them with your money. There are far more reputable companies out there that stand by their word and actually provide the services they advertise.Show lessR.Grayson

I have used the services of many companies to simplify launching ads and creating ad creatives. This company is one of the best in this regard. I particularly like the feature of creating videos with artificial intelligence it's a convenient and effective tool 🤝🤝🤝alkansjshsvbqvqgsjakaowowpd

Their options for creative are objectively unattractive and gimmicky, and the ad templates don’t allow enough customization options. When you go through the process of launching an ad, you’re just selecting all demographics and settings yourself for Instagram and Facebook marketing — this is unbelievably easy to do within the IG and FB apps—even easier than Zeely since they have a great native integration and you get actual data and results. I ran a $60 ad using one of their templates (customized to look as aesthetically pleasing as possible) and didn’t get any clickthroughs or sales. (Compared to running ads natively in Etsy where I get 5-10 sales per day). And then you get charged a fee for running the ad through Zeely even though you’ve done all the work to set it up yourself. It was difficult to link to my Etsy shop within the app — and you can’t get any real data unless you set up a storefront using their app/web platform.
