  • Disappointed

    I am a fan of the show for sure! I admire Whitney and I love the fact that she has done something so incredible for the world.

    I have suffered from eating disorders since age nine. I also relate to panic attacks, perhaps due to low self esteem, self hatred combined with the drive to be “perfect.” I grew up as an athlete and continued to workout through the years at the gym. I have slowly over the past year or so started to become isolated, increasingly self conscious of what people are thinking of me which has led to social withdrawal. It’s not me! I work as an RN. I put everything into work and my excuse that I am “too tired”.

    I am bummed out with the app. There seems to be a disconnect from what I thought would be a very accessible workout. Something that I didn’t need to join before starting.
    It feels very intimidating and almost like another place I don’t belong.

    Sorry to everyone for the long review. If anyone even cares to read once they see how much I have written…Yeesh!
    I just want to get healthy physically.

  • Love this app!

    I love how informal this workout app feels- it makes me feel like I’m working out with friends. I love that it’s not scripted and you get to see them struggle and take breaks rather than seeing a perfect person doing exercise like it’s a walk in the park. I’m 8 weeks postpartum and it’s been great to ease back into working out and understanding how to make adaptations.

  • New workouts

    I’d love some new workouts. I’m okay reusing some but the early ones there’s no timer and they’re not the best at telling you when rounds start.
  • Unique and fun!

    I am an enormous fan of the show, which is probably 80% of why I love this app. Jess and Whitney do chat a lot, but honestly that’s part of why I love it because I feel like I’m just hanging out with them. It feels less sterile than a typical workout video. I do wish there was a little bit more work out length which is the reason for the one star off, I feel like the warm up and cool down are So much longer than they need to be, so the actual work out sometimes isn’t even 15 minutes! (although for people who are very immobile, this would be perfect so keep that in mind. ) However the work around with that is just a tack on another work out, there are plenty to choose from, and I will continue to be a subscriber !

  • So good!

    I am definitely in between you both, so I love all the different ways to work out a muscle group. I love focusing on one thing a day and the time frame is perfect for my life style. I am turning 50 this year and I am doing this for me!!
    You two are engaging and your banter keeps me going!! I love this app!! 💗

  • So thankful I tried this!!

    I have worked out before but always found it overwhelming trying to think of different exercises to do or what to do which day. This solves all that for me and the workouts are challenging yet not so hard I give up. It’s a soreness that is just right! Thank you Whitney & Jessica for doing these, I hope you continue for a long time. I will always be a subscriber!

  • Love this group

    Amazing, busy day friendly workouts. The cardio ones in particular get my heart pumping in such a short amount of time. These videos make it easy and fun to workout and the option to modify exercises based on your fitness level makes even novice fitness enthusiasts feel strong and capable. Highly recommend this group and this app to anyone who wants to add a little mental and physical well-being jolt to their healthy habits!!

    Finally found a program that gives me the freedom to move as much as I can, and shows me ways to move more and increase the ways in which I do.
  • Lack Luster

    I love Jess and Whitney and I really had high hopes this would be the workout app for me but after trying several videos I barely feel like I’m getting a workout. The enthusiasm to workout is missing and it seems they are barely giving any effort! Jess is doing a medium intensity at best and Whitney is ……we’ll just sitting on the bench barely moving at all. I was looking for high impact and modifications not mediocre impact and barely moving! I love these ladies and the show but I’m underwhelmed and very disappointed!

  • Not for People that Are Serious about Workouts

    I did the week trial and only watched a few workouts. I did not like them. It may work for some people; but to me it seemed unserious. When it’s workout time like a lot of people I’m in “let’s get to business mode” I want an intro to what we’ll be doing, the warmup, the workout, the cool down, and some motivational banter in between. It felt like watching two friends at the gym. It doesn’t feel focused toward the kind of person I am. It can work for some people, just not me.
