The App is really cool you pick an event want you would like to do for that month you track your steps,miles, and km post them and when you do complete that aveevent you get a nice medal from Canada. Keeps along your entire body in motion burning a along lot of calories and having fun at the same time you can get the entire family engaged 7also making the entire event competitive try it out I have been doing it for I believe 8 years with my daughters One in California and the other in Houston.Usasb
