Tarif for UK
I was under the impression from numerous checks & emails that my tarif would remain the same when in uk. Apparently not. I have had to top up every single day. I have topped up 20€ almost EVERY day. I have used my mobile in exactly the same way as I do when at home in Spain. On the app I cannot see where my money has gone. All I know is I have paid over 100€ for my trip in uk. I have 4 more days My remaining amount is 5.91€ My phone is now off & will remain so but I will need to use it once I am at the airport. I need to know how to get my money back that I am owed. I have been in uk for 27 days . I am extremely annoyed to say the leastShow lessVery Angry Susan
