Hard to navigate if Spanish is not primary language
I went into the app and topped up (several times) and eventually had to call customer service.
I am still not sure how the app is supposed to work and why it did not top up correctly before- customer service told me I needed to be on ‘a plan’.
I do not know if I am on ‘a plan’ as there is nothing in the app to indicate this.
I think Lobster would probably been a better option.
