Customer service sucks.

For a community that apparently supports postpartum women, they talk the talk but don’t walk the walk. I purchased a year of access prior to the birth of my baby and unfortunately had complications post birth which stopped me from being able to use it. Due to it costing me $150, I thought maybe I would reach out to the team and see if they could help extend it so I could use what I paid for. I was hoping for some empathy and instead they were curt and told me I was SOL. I know that people can be understanding and helpful but they chose not to be. You’d think dealing with the unpredictability of birth would have taught them something. I trusted them by giving them a year of my money and they spat in my face when I asked for consideration. Definitely don’t buy a year of membership in advance of your birth, if something happens, they don’t care about you. They’ll never get a recommendation or another dime from me.

Life changing!!

The results I have seen in such a short period of time speaks volumes for the efficacy of the program!

The app easy to use and the team is incredible and knowledgeable.

Amazed

I have always been active my entire life and was active during my pregnancy and postpartum. At 8 months postpartum I felt stuck and disconnected from my body and felt so uncomfortable. I was losing weight and had finally got back to pre-pregnancy weight but couldn’t figure out why I felt this way. It wasn’t until I found an ad from Nancy Anderson for all the symptoms I was experiencing especially because I am a C section mama. I thought what the heck I’ll give it a try. It was humbling at first because she said I had to stop all forms of exercise until I was ready for second phase and that hurt my pride. But after just two weeks I immediately felt the results. My core was feeling so much stronger and my body was changing without lifting all my weights or cardio. The other thing I was worried about is I was breastfeeding and was worried about dropping my milk supply which I did at first, but she also gave instructions on what to do if it happens and soon enough it went back to normal. I can’t praise this program enough! I’m feeling like myself again and am so proud of the progress I’m making just 1 month in. Thank you Anderson team!

Fantastic!

I have always been incredibly active my entire life but after having my second and diastasis recti, I felt so lost and scared to workout. This program helped me regain my strength and confidence! I am so grateful to have found this program, it has helped me so much in so many ways! I have been recommending it to everyone.

True Results

This app was great in keeping me motivated and focused on my post-partum recovery. The breathing exercises, and all the videos that came with it, taught me a lot about what I missed my first 2 pregnancies, and I’m feeling stronger after my 3rd than I did before. I love forward to trying more of the challenges within the app, as the app itself is so easy to navigate. Highly recommend for any new mama looking to recover and heal her body post-babies, the correct way!

Best postpartum program you could pick!

As an almost 20 year fitness enthusiast, finding the right postpartum program for me was so important. This program was it hands-down! I am a six month postpartum, C-section Mama. I completed the ab rehab program and am now a couple pounds under my pre-pregnancy weight, and the healing that has happened to my core has been something amazing. My ab separation is close to nonexistent at this point! ! I constantly get comments that people can’t believe that I just had a baby. This program is to thank for all of that. Most importantly, I feel like myself again, and way stronger than I thought I could feel at this point. I looked at three other programs before this one, and none of them compared to how comprehensive Nancy’s program is. Nancy’s program is truly a program of healing and fitness, and I have not come across any others like it. Her team of fitness experts, and even a Sleep Coach, are so supportive. And just like Nancy, they are there for you the entire way! Don’t second guess starting this program if you’ve just had a baby, just go for it, you won’t regret it!

Highly highly recommend!!

I was introduced to ab rehab after my first daughter and loved utilizing the program so when I got pregnant with my second, I quickly downloaded Move Your Bump and stuck with it my entire pregnancy! I’m a gym junkie and those workouts did NOT disappoint and supported me through all three trimesters. Now that I am 10 weeks post partum, I have completed phase 1 and 2 of ab rehab and am working through phase 3. I’ve already almost completely healed my diastasis and I don’t even pee when I sneeze 🙌🏼 IYKYK
I could not recommend Move Your Bump and Birth Recovery Center more! I tell anyone and everyone who is pregnant or has ever had a baby about these programs because it’s never too late to correct the havoc those little bundles of joy cause on our bodies! God gave me this miraculous body that created life (x2) and with these programs, I have been able to support that body through pregnancy and recover gracefully post partum. I am able to show up for my babies and be the mama they deserve ♥️ There’s not a price you can put on that!

Abdominal separation

I am so thankful for finding this app and program! At 15 months PP with my second child I have a 4cm gap at my umbilicus and was told by 2 pelvic floor physio’s i could not bring this gap in without surgery. After feeling initially defeated I chose not to accept this opinion and searched for answers.

The methods in this course just make sense to me and after following other programs and getting no where I already feel so much stronger in my deep core, know how to breathe properly and for the first time I don’t feel lost without answers and can see/ feel I am making progress and heading in the right direction. Thank you so much for the education and support I have already received. I am so excited to see where this course takes me on my journey of healing xx

Great for accountability!

I am only 4 weeks postpartum and one week into using this app, but as someone who tends to not “stick to the program”, I have surprised myself by not skipping a single day so far. The ab rehab program in the app is what I’ve started with so I can’t speak about the other features and benefits of the app yet, but I will say that my SPD pain has already improved tremendously. Just a week ago, I couldn’t stand on one leg to put shoes or pants on without feeling like I was going to lose my balance from the pain — that is nearly gone now! I am learning so much about how to breathe and brace my core properly, which I thought I knew before but I now realize that I did not. I especially love how when I complete a day in the program, it checks it off on the list so I can see my progress accumulating. Being able to look at how much I’ve accomplished so far gives me that little incentive to keep it going, which I haven’t really felt before. The language that the trainers use in the videos makes everything feel very manageable and realistic, and that my physical goals are actually achievable, which is hard to feel postpartum (I know most moms can agree with me on that one). I do think the app could be a bit more user-friendly because there’s SO many resources in there that I get a little confused on how to navigate it, and some of the ab videos move a bit quicker than I’d prefer, but I wouldn’t take a star off for that — it’s probably just me lol.

Consistency is key and this is the longest of ever stuck with a program and I’m so proud of myself at far I’ve come. I really do love this program and so glad I found it:) the info has been so helpful, the ladies are wonderful and it really is making a difference in my 2x section belly. Thank you thank you
