  • Best Fitness App Ever!!

    I appreciate Darihana coming out with this app and her guides period. I love how the videos are integrated into the app. I used to have really bad gym anxiety and the videos have helped me tremendously with getting over it. I love the motivational quotes that get sent each morning. I also appreciate the information in resources section that you get just by downloading the app! I really appreciate the layout of everything in the app it makes it so much easier to find everything. There’s an integrated timer and rep/weight counter which has helped tremendously with progressive overload.

    Darihana’s guides are great and very beginner friendly. Her guides and challenges have helped me tremendously with believing in myself, staying consistent to my goals and to myself, and getting over my fears. I’ve been following Darihana since she release her earlier guides and band drops and I’ve loved the changes and seeing the brand adapt.

    If I could give any constructive feedback, I think the macro calculator needs to be reconfigured because my macros seem way off when I put my information in. Also, some of the videos could be a bit more detailed to help with form. Some exercises especially in the challenge need a bit more clarity regarding reps per leg for. Beginners.

  • Easy to use app

    This is my first challenge, and it’s been smooth sailing. The app is straight forward, you have the options to either complete the challenge at home or at the gym which is great. I like the fact that every day I get a nice motivation text from the app. I’ve been motivated but I’m sure I’m going to need it as the weeks pass by. I think the app is easy to work with and in my opinion you don’t have to be tech savvy to work with it. I love how Darihana includes videos with each workout because I’m definitely not a gym rat and it’s super helpful. I would also like to add that I’ve visited with personal trainers before and even though everything is done virtually I feel more supported through just this app. It’s crazy to think but so real. I would recommend this app/challenge to anyone that is interested in hitting some personal goals. Whether it’s loosing weight, gaining muscle or even gaining weight. It’s very personal to your goals.

  • The most thoughtful fitness app!

    This is one of the most well thought out, most thoughtful fitness apps I have ever come across. I love how easy it is to use. I love that you can switch between at home or in the gym and it accurately demonstrates both workouts individually. And not only does it focus on fitness, but you can manage your nutrition as well and be helped with creating a plan beneficial to your weight loss journey. You are frequently sent motivational notifications, and the focus is on your overall health not just the workouts. Darihana is well educated in health and fitness, and you can really feel that care through how this app is structured. I have been using her programs since 2020 and this app is such an amazing way to have everything in one place! They’re amazing workouts that really give you a run for your money in the best way and have the results to prove it. Getting this app would truly be a treat to yourself and your health and fitness journey.

    Darihana Nova fitness guides/challenges are amazing. Ever since Covid happened, i have seen so many online guides being made and sold all over the internet but for some odd reason, Darihanas app stood out to me the most. i gave it a go with my first purchase of GGG gym, obsessed! Finished that guide and went ahead and purchased Slim Thick 4.0 Guide & ofcourse continued seeing results ! I wanted to challenge myself after finishing the Slim Thick 4.0 & went ahead and purchased TNT Intermediate! i am now currently waiting for the Slim + Thick Summer Shred guide to start since i purchased it because i am telling you guys, these guides are just amazing! The workouts are challenging but straight to the point, the way she sets up the split workouts throughout the week just makes sure you target everything honey! Even if i am only 1 year in my journey, these guides have taught me so much and gave me amazing results. i went from a size 13 in jeans to now a comfortable 6-7.

    if you are looking to start your fitness journey, look no further ! don’t walk, runnnn ! you will not be disappointed 💪🏼

  • The support I never knew I needed

    I’ve been up and down with my fitness journey and find that having a support system is essential for me. The consent if the Darihana Nova fitness app has done numerous things for my confidence, flexibility and strength. Darihana understands the difficulties of sometimes having to go to a gym. 1. This app allows its participants to have the option to work out at home and get the same results as a gym workout. 2. The addition of a instructional video, sets, reps and the ability to alter those sets and reps ( for when I want to increase in the later weeks) is genius. I don’t have to be nervous about not doing the movement right because she breaks it down in a video for us. 3. Often times people who purchase fitness programs are sometimes unsure about food, calories and other valuable information such as working out with PCOS. In this app, Darihana includes all of that as oppose to giving us just a workout. The concept of this app especially the challenges makes working out enjoyable especially having ability to connect with the other participants. That right there takes the fear out of working out. And lastly, these workouts in itself have made me stronger, lose weight and work towards becoming tone.

  • Just do it already!!

    I have been following Darihana on instragram for a while but have never done any of her challenges until now and MAN am I glad! I’ve only been doing the YBYG challenge for a week now and already notice a difference mentally and physically.
    This app is phenomenal. If I could rate it a 20/5, I would in a heartbeat! Darihana and her team include nutritional information that helps jump start your new healthy lifestyle which is super helpful, especially if you are unfamiliar with what/how much to eat. And don’t get me started about her workouts!
    All of her workout programs/challenges can be completed either at home or the gym AND has amazing walk through video tutorials. Her workouts are tough, but after you’ve completed one, you come back wanting more the next day!
    If you’re hesitant about getting the app and trying one of her workout guides/challenges, don’t be! I promise you won’t regret it!

  • YOU NEED THIS APP‼️

    I’ve been following Darihana for years and always felt so unsure of myself to sign up for one of her challenges. However, I did my first one in October of 2022 and I wish I would’ve signed up for one sooner‼️ This app has everything you need in order to succeed! It’s very easy to work with and contains everything from meal prepping, to small tips and tricks, to the workouts themselves! It has a way to track the weight and reps you do so you can always look back at your progress and all the exercises have videos to demonstrate! As a beginner, it was everything I wanted and more! She continues to take feedback and keeps on improving the app so I’m excited to see what else she comes up with!! Sign up, you won’t regret it!!! ❤️
  • Amazing!

    I’ve been the gym girly who was super fit! But I’ve also been the heavy lazy girl.. I lost myself for sometime and needed help getting back to myself. I had no idea where to start with food or workouts. I’ve tried all the “fastest ways to lose weight”.. they don’t work. Darihana teaches you how the body works, what it needs, and how to care for it. I love her challenge cause it’s opened my eyes that I can eat what I want, just make sure it fits in your day. I can have a rest day and not feel bad about it. I don’t have to do just cardio to lose weight. She guides you though it all and shes super sweet and helpful. Whenever I email her with a question, she’s quick and super nice. I would highly recommend!

    Also, major plus for me is that she’s real! She promotes body positivity. She shows us that she’s there with us and sometimes she doesn’t feel her best either! None of us are perfect. Getting fit isn’t just for looks but for your mental as well.

  • A honest review‼️

    If you are thinking about downloading the app yea do it now! It was really easy for me to use and I absolutely love it already. You can really tell Darihana and her team really took their time and created a really good app. I love everything about it. She gives you quotes of the week which is really good to see when you get in the app and inspiring to make sure you keep going. The meal plans and how much detail they put into that is amazing. The app gives you 3 meals a day and a couple snacks a day and at the bottom of the list it gives you a grocery list for everything you will need for the week. It really shows that they really put effort in making a easy and awesome app!! The video demonstrations for the exercises is really helpful and I thank her for adding that in the app. GIVE THIS APP A TRY AND YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.
  • AMAZING!

    First of all, let’s talk about how much work she put into this app! Within the app and in the overview page, she really went into full depth and broke down anything and everything you could think of; teaches you how to calculate macros, calories, dieting tips, balancing your energy, what tier is best for you, etc. She didn’t have to do all of that but SHE DID! And it’s super helpful and eliminates any questions you may have.

    The workouts are great! Im halfway through an 8 week program with her and in just 4 weeks I’ve lost 6 lbs and feel so much lighter and better postpartum! She is an excellent fitness coach and her app is very easy to navigate and utilize.

    I would say my only callout is sometimes I use different devices when working out (my iPhone one day then my iPad) and my workout progress doesn’t save between devices.
