  • Amazing app makes me feel more confident at the gym!!

    This app is amazing. Before having this app all my workouts were all over the place. Not only is this app beginner user-friendly but it is also a great app for organization, and keeping you accountable. This is my only fitness app that I use next to my fitness pal. If I had to pick one of my favorite things about this app it would have to be the workout videos. At times I wasn’t familiar with certain workouts but there is a video on each work out, so you know how to do them, and feel confident as you do the at first I thought The videos were going to take a while to load since I don’t have service at the gym but nope!! They loaded completely fine and helped me feel 100% more confident at the gym:))

    To start off, this app has it all! It feeds your mind, body and soul! It not only provides guides to workout but articles that really help on your fitness journey. I downloaded this app to hold myself accountable with workouts and I’ve been doing so well with it since January. Fast forward, I decided to join a challenge which also provides a food guide. It’s perfect to have everything in one app- workout guides with videos, meal preparations, stop watch, plus more! I’ve used this app for months already and since it’s been working out for me, I’ve shared it with friends. My friend even joined me in the current challenge who is also enjoying this app! I’ve also reached out to customer service team and they’re so quick with responses and assistance. Thank you Darihana for starting this community and changing lives!
  • Life Changer

    I’ve attempted many times over and over doing a challenge or participating in a group! This by far is the best experience so far and we are only a week in! The challenge is loaded on this app, easy to follow & very informative! For those who are beginners in the gym, this is a MAJOR plus for you! Easy step by step, detailed videos are loaded! I’ve purchased other workout plans as well from Darihana, and the best part of this app is the UPGRADE OF her examples of how to do a specific workout is RIGHT THERE ON THE SAME SCREEN! No need to open a new app and go back and forth! Everything in one app! Love it! And the extra motivation when you finish a whole workout you congratulated ! 😄😄😄
  • Honest opinion

    To even consider that fitness can be on an app? Crazy right. We paint this picture of what fitness is and working out is and it’s just black and white gym and cardio. This creator is changing the fitness world but freaking out of the norms. This app doesn’t just give you fitness access, macro nutrient intelligence, guidance, a sleek and eye catching platform but none of this matter compare to the dedication and the lack of judgement you feel in this app, with this creator with the challenges and workouts. I am a skeptic, I think the people who claim they can change my life with shakes and workouts and Zumba and 7 mile cardio are all bogus, and they all may be bogus expect Darihana who has shown her heart and mind on a platform. Who guides and shows you the path possible to take with dedication and perseverance. So I’m going to continue using this app and watching out to probably do a lung and fail at it and continue because failing or succeeding, losing weight or gaining, changing our eating habits…NONE of that matters if you don’t believe in yourself and what you are doing.
    So yes download the app, fail and try again and be motivated.

  • Where was this years ago?!

    Obsessed is the best thing I could say about this app! I started my fitness journey after I had my son back in 2019. I would look for programs that were easy to use, and something that was helpful for my motivation that I so severely lacked! I found Darihana in 2020 & I’ve yet to turn back!!! I swear by her programs only because they’ve been the only thing that has worked for me consistently. When I heard she finally was opening up her own app I was EXCITED!!! When I got the chance to use it, I thought it was everything and more. It’s motivating, has so much information that you never knew you needed & is very beginner friendly. Anyone and everyone can use it! My husband always tells me to get any challenge she has because he as well knows her programs are 100% legit!!! This app is everything that you need to start your fitness journey. It’s amazinggggg 🤩
  • I LOVE this app! You won’t regret it!

    As someone who is completely new to the world of working out and strength training, this app has made the whole experience less intimidating and and much easier to approach. It’s extremely user friendly and the workouts are laid out in a step by step way, where you also can check off workouts as you complete them. It also has a very convenient calculator where it will tell you calories and macros to follow based on your goes, as well as helpful tips and a thorough explanation / introduction to the world of working out.

    I feel confident when I follow Darihana’s workouts in her challenge because they are tried and tested! I highly recommend you to join her challenge or get a guide so you can get access to these awesome and effective workouts!
  • Definitely worth downloading and joining!

    I originally found Darihana on TikTok and followed her. She really gives amazing tips and workouts! Her workouts have your goals in mind. Joining one of her challenges not only provides you with a workout but it also provides you with nutritional advice! Working out is not enough, you have to meet it with the food you eat. And don’t get me started on my group that Darihana provides on Facebook! My partners in weight loss are so supportive of each other. There is no such thing as a stupid question with us. With the help of Darihana we help guide each other, hype each other up, and give workout clarifications! Even after the challenge is over we get to keep our workouts and meal plans! I am so glad I dropped the Sweat App for this instead!
  • THIS APP HOLDS ME ACCOUNTABLE

    I’ve been following DN on Instagram for years. GIRL CRUSH 😍 I’ve bought a few of her guides in the past but wasn’t able to stick to them. BUT with this app I have been able to stay CONSISTENT. It’s so CONVENIENT! I’m obsessed. This app has short videos with explanations of the workouts so you don’t feel lost, check offs so you can check off workouts after completion, a macro calculator to help with nutrition goals, meal guide for ideas, overview of the challenge, a section to submit your progress photos, grocery list items, supplement info, quote of the week which is one of my personal favorites and so much more. I’ve always loved her motivational posts and how open she is about her struggles, it reminds me that everyone struggles in different areas but that you have to keep going to get to where you want to be.

    if you’re looking for a good fitness app, you’re looking right at it! The knowledge that Darihana gives on this app is crucial to everyone’s fitness journey and she really took her time to give us just that! The effort that was put in for this app goes unnoticed. Whether you purchase a challenge, guide, or you don’t… you will be able to do so much and learn so much from this app. I have never had any issues with the app. I completed my first challenge with the app and am moving on to the second because of how incredibly helpful Darihana and this app is. You can do workouts from home or from the gym and she will give you all the knowledge that you need. If you’re here scrolling trying to decide to download the app or not, this is your sign to download it! You won’t regret it!
  • I lost fat and gained muscle! Beginner friendly!

    This app is super great for people who don’t know what to do at the gym and are visual learners. I haven’t lifted in 7 years and even then I’ve never done some of the more specialized lifts. This was a great way for me to get back into fitness! In the six weeks I lost 7lb and at least 2 inches off my waist. I gained a lot of muscle in my arms and legs. I’m hoping to do another challenge so I can tone up. I really liked that Darihana shows you on how to do the lifts and it’s right above the instructions on how many sets/reps. And it’s all a checklist on each day of working out, with diff workouts for home and gym. Super thorough!! Highly recommend for those new to weight training! My only advice to the developers would be to make a way to count your sets? There’s a lot of 4 sets of 8 reps and I get lost on what set I’m on so if there was a way to count that on there that’d be helpful. Also if there was a way to track your PRs on certain lifts that’d be super cool!
