Frustrating to say the least
My iOS is up to date and all this app does is load and crash. I haven’t been able to do anything past choosing the language and the initial setup, that in itself was a frustrating struggle. Please fix this broken app. Thank you.sdperkins
App is Terrible
This app is terrible. I walked through the entire setup process and the app worked fine for about 5 minutes. But now, every time I open the app, it goes straight to the “pair with Miko” screen. But it’s already been paired. The app is useless as it refuses to move past the “pair with” screen.kenzienhaff
DO NOT BUY!
My miko can not get through the initial update because “the wifi keeps disconnecting” meanwhile i have used 3 different wi-fi’s to try and go through with this initial update. my son has been begging me to let him play with his Miko and he calls it his best friend. My son is three and was so excited to play with it but it is not working at all.duh gryvff
So far……a huge disappointment
Got the Miko 3 today. For starters, the app and the Miko are out of sync. It’s not very intuitive. It doesn’t hear me or my kids very well. When I try and download apps, it always says “installation in progress,” and then it’s not intuitive how to find the progress. Then, after a bit, it just doesn’t hear us anymore and just sits there looking at us. I’ll try customer support once they’re open, but so far, I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Just get an iPad & you and your family can actually do stuff.BuckiPhone80

Nothing is working as expected. Doesn’t recognize a face when it is in the screen, apps aren’t working well. Downloaded max to see if it would help, Hasn’t unlocked the apps. Awful.disappointedonchristmas

Not a great experience
The Miki 3 robot underwhelms in every way possible. The app is so buggy and don’t work 99% of the time. When the app does work, you have to wait minutes for it to go beyond what you just tapped on your phone.
The robot also requires subscription, which is very predatory. I would not buy this for $299 or $199. I would buy this for $99 and even then I’m being generous.corporatedude
App is slow and unable to make parent calls
This app is terribly slow and takes forever to load pages. I can’t even make calls on the miko so the camera is useless. Also 99 dollar subscription for anything is ridiculous.Alx9396
Big hype for upset
I’ve been sitting here for about 45 min and this app is complete trash. Before the Miko 3 got here it was nothing more to do in the App yet I could still do more. Now the thing is in front of me and the app made me update and redo the WHOLE PROCESS AGAIN!! Now it won’t make it pass any of the activation screens just keeps sending new codes so basically after the long wait it’s unusable right now. Not to mention I bought it Pre Black Friday for it to drop down to $149 a few days later and no one got back to me on that either.jj23412
