Would not recommend
I’ve been waiting for hours for chat support to connect with me and there is no number to call. I purchased the Miko Max subscription but there is no way to activate it; I only have the option to do the free trial or repurchase which is crap.
Besides no support, this bot is glitchy. We purchased two for our twins and both units keep going to the “update” screen even though they are fully updated. We wanted to like these but these are most likely going to be sent back.

App needs work
Can’t sign up for Miko max because the app hides the recaptcha to prove I’m not a robot. My kids tried to call me on Miko connect and nothing happened. Not loving the robot or the app at this point. I also don’t like that my kids HAVE to put their babes birthdate and Face ID in to get it to work. There should be options not to have that. You don’t need my kids face.erinlee183
App won’t work
Downloaded the app, both my wife and I and it won’t move past the pick your preferred language screen. Doesn’t give options. Just says hola and the screen is non interactive. Robot isn’t totally impressive from what we see. May be returning the product and deleting the app.Cy-Burg
App not working
Downloaded the app and it’s stuck on the select languages page. But there are no options to choose from. Cannot go to the next page or pair with my Miko 3.Raesharu
Either doesn’t load or crashes
Needs patched or updated badly. App has worked maybe 10% of the time, usually doesn’t load at all or crashes when you click on something. For the “latest hot Xmas toy” you would think the app at least sort of works.Ad Island Fishing

Don’t waste your money.
Can’t even get pass the set up. Gets to the update part and says it’s needs to be charged for the update. Even though according to the battery indicator it is fully charged. Tried plugging it in while updating and Tried all the steps they say to take online for this issue. Same crap. Customer service is unresponsive. Probably cause they know it’s P.O.S. Tried loading the app on 3 devices. 1 device didn’t work after making an account. 1 device won’t let me select the language, which is the first step. 1 device crashed constantly. Miko developers are just stealing money from people with no effort developers.Jedrobson
