The little robot is great. The updating process was weird and long like a new game system, but we did make it through. I, for the life of me, can not get the app to work. I tried multiple devices, uninstalled, reinstalled, reset… I just want to get Miko max, but I can’t even get the parent app to let me set up.
I was very excited to have this for my child!! She is ready to play and guess what!! Error message appears after downloading app. I have deleted and reloaded and even attempted on another device. I will be boxing a sending back for refund. Toy cost to much to have basic issues at start.
Extremely disappointed in my purchase. Spent $299 on a toy and the app doesn’t even work. Tried to talk to a live agent more than once and no one ever reply’s. If your looking at buying one of these, save your money and get an iPad that actually works.
The coloring app isn’t actually coloring, your kid hast to touch a little spot on the screen no bigger than a couple of millimeters wide, and to color something like a butterfly would take a very patient person several hours to do. It only answered one of 20 questions. My son asked it, and my son was speaking very clearly.
It’s unbelievable to me that they actually thought this was good for a child. I’m even shocked that they have partners like Disney. A waste of $. It’s going back to the store right now.

Doesn’t work as expected, doesn’t sync, update, etc and nothing at all as advertised.
I was excited when he first came, I tried to use the parent app it would not work at all I uninstalled the app maybe around 30 times finally the next day the app started working
I paired the miko with the app but it’s still not working smh I continue to reach out to support in the chat because they give you no number to call still no luck support is a joke they don’t even reach back to you the close the chat without even responding back ugh mind you I hit support up around 20 times in just so done with this app period I’m going send the miko 3 back I even purchased the max account but it will not show up on the miko 3 just my app
I tried to restart the miko I tried to reset my app and pair it again it still don’t work
This is a horrible app DO NOT BUY MIKO3 until they fix all these bugs fyi

I cannot connect with my kid it just brings up a white screen and try’s to load. This is a bunch of crap you have my 3 year old kid thinking I’m ignoring him when I am infect trying to answer him thanks a lot
I purchased this for my son and nothing works. The app registration was ridiculously slow. Miko has a huge lag, doesn’t understand commands, won’t make calls, and if I call my son, it only rings when I hang up. Returning this product for a refund. What a waste. Oh, and their website states that if too many people are using the app, it won’t work. Why create an app that can’t handle the quantity of users?

Parent app also glitchy and tech support non existent. Very dissatisfied with this product purchased for my daughter for Christmas.
