OUR LIVE GUIDED MEDITATION CLASSES:
You'll be able to book, experience and interact with our live-streamed meditation classes run throughout every week. Led by some of Australia's favourite meditation teachers! You can ask questions, chat with other members and most of all, immerse yourself in these personalised and powerful meditation experiences.
DAILY MINDFUL MOMENTS:
Every day we'll send you 3 x new daily mindful exercises to complete. One for relief, healing and happiness. These bite-size activities may include short breathing exercises, meditations, interesting articles, and mindfulness insights and theory. Perfect to help you stay connected and feel your best every day!
THE SOUL LIBRARY:
Find exactly what you need to help you handle and overcome whatever life throws at you. Including guided meditations to deal with stress & anxiety, breathing exercises to sharpen your focus, meditation tips and theory to deepen your practice. There are even some sounds of nature to help you drift off to sleep.
PROGRAMS:
These Mindfulness programs have been developed to deepen your meditation practice and help you learn new mindful living skills and habits. Including our 6-Day program to help you learn the fundamentals of meditation and overcome some of the most common challenges faced when starting out with meditation.

Soul Alive is free to download. Ongoing use requires an active subscription, available on either a weekly, monthly or yearly basis. New members are eligible for a free week trial period.
Payment will be charged to your credit card or debit that is connected to your iTunes account. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period.

The app started off solidly when I first signed up for a trial back in August. I was going through a bit of a crisis at the time and while the existing library was small, the live classes made up for it as I could view later if I wasn’t able to at the time. In October, they stopped providing live classes at all and the app became super glitchy, uploading old recordings of live classes I’d already seen. I tried numerous times to provide feedback and this fell on deaf ears. As it stands, the app is only offering a very small library of recorded meditations (around 20) and my $99 membership fee is considered a waste of money. I’ve since signed up to another app where I get far more for my money. A frustrating and disappointing experience.
