Doesn’t even record me.
So I got the small surveillance camera. Setup wasn’t that complicated really. The camera works, only it’s not formatting my card correctly but also it doesn’t even so much as catch a picture let alone video of when there are people in the room I have it in. I get notifications saying alarm for motion and then I go to the app, they’re not there. I mean I get them the whole time I’m in the room but when I open the app to look, nothing. There are some motion ones that do show up, like the ones where my dog triggers it. I get all of those just fine. Kind of defeats the whole purpose don’t ya think?Kingdumbcum

This product does not work out of the box. There is no support for this product. Cannot connect to anything. It was a waste of even the shipping cost. I would like to get my money back.Oreo1963
Date and time
I wish it would stamp the date and time to the correct time zone, like mountain time. Thank you. Also what country it is, example United States. Thank yougenester53
Very easy to install and configure
Took me 5 mins to install and configure the camera using my wifi. Instructions are straight forward. The quality of the camera is very good.Joekain00
Doesn’t even tell when it’s charged or it don’t even have live videos
Why is this the most complicated doorbell ever to have because for one it doesn’t show when it’s fully charged and for 2 it doesn’t let you see live video it just stays on sleep modeno se dice nombre

Instructions seemed a little confusing, but with a little patience got it up and running.
The only problem I have is that the timestamps are 13 hours ahead of time.

Worthless! Wish I hadn’t gotten it. Total waste of my money. Paid almost $10 and it will NOT pair with my WiFi or iPhone. I hear the beep when trying to pair but then says it can’t connect. Says make sure WiFi is 2.5 which mine is 5G. I mean really!! 😡JB5940

Didnt work
It was wonky trying to just connect the doorbell to my phone then it asked for my wifi name and password in-app which is really janky and it had me connect to a hotspot on the doorbell camera. Seemed very unsecure and not designed very well. It would be better if it had a webpage like a lot of other camera security devices that it uploads to but even then providing my network name and password to china is kind of silly….Robitano
