I mean really what did I expect for 7.95? Other than a start up company putting their best product into the hands of people who expect to get a device that if not works most of the time would work at least at first. And if necessary that customer would be able t on easily contact a support provider or read an operators manual written in multi language form. But no not this time lucky winner. This time you’ll get everything but what’s necessary to instal, and then connect to your phone and even if you by chance figure it out there’s no way you’re getting this puppy to connect and actually do the bare minimum of tasks the manufacturer claims on the packaging or the advertisement. However you did win something you can add to you’re garage sale pile and probably get someone to pay you more than the shipping cost to make it worth your while. But that would be kinda shady and karma would most definitely be chiseling your name to the list! But good luckOtTieTX
NEITHER EFFECTIVE OR SAFE
I had no problem, figuring out the instructions for the set up. Vice I was connected to a feed inside of someone else’s home and not my camera feed. Which I can only assume that someone else is having my feed now. They even let me listen in to that persons home. And I can see that they are using the camera to watch their child, which is defeating the purpose, because I am able to view the feed, which is not safe. I have a love-hate relationship with the fact that the microphone does not work. I would like to tell them that their feet is being shared and they should shut the camera down. But also I’m happy that strange people are not allowed to talk to that childtboogieee

Do not buy
Instructions too complex. Will not connect to wifi. Requires app download and full time Bluetooth and wifi on which will run phone battery down. Not worth the effort and it doesn’t work because it refuses wifi connection.Armyguy63b

Smart visual doorbell
Waste of my time and money and it don’t even record unless someone rings the doorbell. Defeat the whole purpose of getting it when it’s always in sleep mode and don’t work until it’s rung. Big waste of timeluckkyycharm

It’s okay but it won’t reconnect so once it goes dormant you can’t see anything till someone rings the doorbell. I wanna be able to just check outside and see. There are no settings for the app. I’m really dissatisfied with this product. I guess I expected more for $169.00.gc texas
