Poorly designed

Unable to delete read messages or reflect as read even using app command that says it will
mark
as read. This is a poorly designed website. Took almost a year for a
response on an issue and now issue corrected.

Worst portal system I have encountered

I have used multiple portal systems for clients in my role as an independent patient advocate. This is the only portal that I have used in which I have consistently not been able to access any records

Unable to create a report and download all lab results from a specific day

Also need to add my dad as I am his caretaker and do not have his MRN #

Very unhelpful patient portal

Xray reports not available. Lab results have too much cryptic data. Not user friendly for patients at all.

Awful

This app is not user friendly at all. The app doesn’t sync data with Apple Health and always runs into an error. Very outdated look and feel. This app needs a lot of improvement .

Terrible app!!!

Absolutely horrible!! For this to be an app where you can access your medical records and results- it has been the most difficult, not user friendly, and complete waste of my time!! There is absolutely nothing you can actually see on here! My advice- DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS CRAP! Go request your medical records from the facility instead!

Useless

I still can’t link myself as a patient. Support just says the same thing over and over about a one time password. This is the worst patient portal I’ve ever used.

Constant server issues, buggy

Constant server issues, slow, and buggy. I often cannot enter vitals.
