App doesn’t work but website does

Can someone please address the issue. This isn’t a game or social media application… it’s to access healthcare and assessments needed for patient care and treatment. Something this important shouldn’t be left in an unacceptable no working state.

Horrible

The hospital promotes the use of this app however it’s not connected to the hospital’s data bank. You can access the info logging into your browser but not thru the app!!! When you call the support number given they state they are not responsible of the facility creates their own app. How does that make sense? The logos are the same! Customer support numbers are the same!! Advising ALL of our patients to go elsewhere for medically necessary testing!! Not worth the frustration!!

Use of app

This app is not user friendly. I cannot find how to locate test results. Plus, when I use the myhealthhome.com, I can find the tests completed, but no results.

Terrible Application.

This app is literally one of the junkiest and near useless apps I have ever attempted to use. Nothing seems to work even remotely properly. The options are so narrowly limited and attempting to read discharge summaries appears to be impossible. Radiology reads are not uploaded, and for an app that is supposed to inform the patient of test results and hospital course information, this seems to have been thrown together on a whim by someone in 20
minutes on a lunch break. Don’t waste the space on your mobile device by even fooling with this garbage.
