Needs documentation!
The cameras arrive with a tiny booklet that if I use a magnifying app at 10x, I can read. I followed the instructions, but unfortunately the instructions are not correct. You must connect to the camera via your phone first and then you maybe to add it to your router to be able to access it remotely. I had to mess with it for over 2 hours to get it to work. Seems they are busy selling cameras and marketing, but if they don’t fix these installation issues, there will be no future customers!No Tech For Me
Difficult to connect but great for a starter
I bought this camera from TikTok Shop, cameras do work great but to connect it was extremely mind boggling. My life saver was a review explaining how to connect.
•change your wifi to the FTC one (which is also the model name)
•go to app and select ‘connect to device’. It’ll connect automatically.
•select device settings and change WiFi info to your router + password
•change your phones WiFi back to your modem
Other complaint I have, I bought 4 cameras to view around my property when I’m out of town. The cameras (fully charged) will randomly turn off. The only way to turn them back on is to connect them to a charger. Also I can’t view the stream unless I’m under the same wifi (this irritates me the most).
All in all, I’d say these cameras are great as a starter when your short on cash. BUT they’re not a long term solution.Breannamarie❤️
Installed
1) Turn on the cámara,
2) in your phone enter to “WiFi setting” look for ‘’FTZ….” And connect it.
2) go to the app and in cámara setting enter to WiFi, search your WiFi red and write the password

Obsolete App
I bought this because I thought it was a great device. It turns out to be difficult to connect the app and once you connected to your Wi-Fi you need to keep going back and forth whenever you wanted to use the Wi-Fi for your other devices. I think it’s just a scam save your money.Nana.j60
Poor quality connection
I have nearly 30 smart home devices in my home; but neither the instructions or the app could help me get this device connected.
I was able to connect via WiFi; however the device would not connect.

TOTAL GARBAGE
The print on the manual is so fine you need a magnifying glass to read it. The turn on button the light blinks for a minute and then it stops. I charged it overnight so it should’ve been fully charged and nothings working. It’s not syncing up as long as I want to change my password. If you keep the factories password, it’ll click on and that is a lack of security don’t buy. It was a waste of my money. Good thing I only paid five dollars for it.Gerri105
Difficult but possible
Okay, so first when you download app and turn camera on, go to WiFi settings click the one that starts with FTY once that’s done go back to app click the plus, connect to camera directly, if you cannot find the camera you can insert the name manually.. the FTY on your WiFi settings is the device id.. then once your connected, go to the actual camera settings while your still connected locally. Search for your WiFi and connect.. once that’s done you can add a device online and the camera will now connect to your WiFi. Now you can go back to your phone settings and change your WiFi back to yours.. super complicated but possible.Geopetchia

I regret so much I even purchased this. English directions are the worst I’ve ever seen. Like the other person that commented, you can only connect to iPhone. This wanna be camera P.O.S. doesn’t allow any connection to your own wifi.
Directions need to be explained in ENGLISH BY SOMEONE WHO SOEAKS FLUENT ENGLISH. Minor words in English make a big difference when your trying to explain something. Especially something technical. I was better off just leaving the light bulb in. Get I together people.Mad Dogg 007
SCAM!!!!!
I wish I could give this zero stars!!!!! The instructions do not give you any way to connect to Wi-Fi. Add device…ok what is the device ID??? There is no way to know this. There are no instructions on where to find the device ID! Therefore I cannot even install the camera. I am so annoyed, angry, and disappointed. This company basically just took my money for nothing in return! SCAM!!!IL Gal2
