DONT BUY THESE CAMERAS!!!!!!!!!These cameras DO NOT work, and do not support 5G. I’ve tried and tried and tried to get them to work, waste of money, you can’t get hold of the people at all. As a matter of fact, I can’t even find a contact number for these people. Do not buy this product unless you want to support a scam. If I could give them less than one star would!!!!!!

On seeing two gentlemen from the UK in the advert for this camera, I thought I would support a local business. my sentiments are the same as to Toodle pip being older needing to have some security outside of thought brilliant. It’s absolutely rubbish., Please don’t buy if you expect a good camera it’s completely an utterly rubbish. When you download the app on your phone, it doesn’t let you in. It keeps crashing and you just can’t even get on it.
I would like a refund please it takes weeks and weeks to come and it is very flimsy and not what I expected at all the boxes rubbish that it comes in. so I’ve wasted my money and don’t even have a good camera and can’t even login on apps. What a waste of time. Refund please

Dreadful product
Bought 3 cameras, one for my mother. Tried installing it and the camera worked for a short period, however today it can’t find internet connection or blue tooth despite having all the correct information. The voice activation did not work. Waste of time and money. Company should be reported for products not fit for purpose.

Don’t do it! This is junk and waste of money. Doesn’t even deserve any rating.

Like others I was drawn to the story of two young Australian entrepreneurs but felt a little foolish when I realised that it was a Chinese company. I bought three and after much trial and error managed to connect all first to Bluetooth then local Wifi and then the internet. Very disappointed to find batteries last 30 mins if you are lucky which means they really need to be plugged in which really limits where you can place them and hence their usefulness. I would advise not to buy

Absolute trash and waste of money. Device will not connect without Device ID. No ID number listed anywhere.

This is junk, battery is a joke. Connection time is in excess of 5-7 minutes which makes looking at who is at your door useless.
The app is full of advertisements and not easy to use.
Don’t buy this product it’s only use is as a dummy camera.

RIP OFF
I bought this camera to be able to watch my elderly mother’s bedroom at night because she likes to wander. Firstly the app is useless. It doesn’t give any instruction on how to pair the camera with the app, nor are the instructions readable on the tiny page they give in the box.
They say to “have your order number ready” if you call support, but there is no order number on any of the materials in the packaging I received and I never even got an email after I ordered. Also it took 2 months for me to receive the camera. It’s tiny and plastic and lightweight so I doubt the lens itself is even glass.
Customer support didn’t answer- waited on hold for 45 minutes while cleaning the entire house.

Really hard to install
These days it is not good enough to have such a difficult install. I gave up, but can’t find out how to get my money back. I never did get it to work.
